District 1 : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

방문한 에어비앤비 숙소들 중에 제일 좋았어요 👍 호스트가 비슷한 방들을 많이 가지고 있어서, 사진과는 아주 조금씩 다를 수는 있지만, 전체적으로는 거의 같은 컨디션이에요. 해당 숙소는 20층이라 정말 조용해서 좋았고 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요~ 그리고 화장실은 사진과 다르게 불투명 시트지로 되어있어서 안심했어요 😌 그리고 다른 곳들과 다르게 작은 수건 4, 큰 수건 4 이렇게 기본 제공되고, 호스트에게 말하면 하루에 한 번씩 수건 교체, 방 청소 해주세요. (수건 갯수, 청소 시간 정확하게 말씀드려야 서로서로 편해요 ☺️) - 원래는 에어비앤비로 다른 숙소를 예약했었는데, 거기가 일주일 전에 갑자기 해당 숙소가 에어비앤비 금지 숙소가 되었다며 예상치도 못하게 다른 곳으로 변경한다는걸 거절하고(사기같다는 생각이 들었거든요) 이 숙소로 부랴부랴 다시 예약하게 되었던건데, 오히려 너무 다행이라는 생각이 들었어요.. 😭 원래는 같은 지역에 가도 다른 에어비앤비를 경험해보고 싶어하는 타입인데, 몇번이고 여기로 올 것 같아요!! 진짜 후회 없으실겁니다,,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place we booked for had a water leakage problem, so Bee switched to another room for us so the review we are giving is not for this room. Either way, room was really clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The other room did not have a projector or Netflix but we asked bee for a hdmi cable and she provided us one so we streamed from our laptop. No issues there :) Location was central and there was a family mart just round the corner which was really good. Easy location to grab from and appreciate the presence of lifts. Safe location and nice that it was not a low floor so not that noisy :)

We had an amazing stay here and the place is very cozy. The entrance was small and we took awhile to locate our airbnb plus there was couple flights of stairs which was quite challenging bringing up and down the luggages that we had but overall amazing place! 💯

I stayed here during three nights. Great apartment, clean and excellent bed, perfect location. Fast and friendly responding host.

We had a great time at this very centrally located Bnb. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Nội thất được bài trí gọn gàng, tinh tế, với tông màu ấm áp tạo nên không gian dễ chịu và thư giãn. Giường ngủ mềm mại, chăn gối sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Ánh sáng trong phòng được thiết kế vừa đủ, không quá chói mà vẫn đảm bảo sáng sủa, thích hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi và làm việc. Ngoài ra, phòng còn được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, nước nóng, và một góc nhỏ pha trà/cà phê rất tiện lợi. Điểm đặc biệt là không gian yên tĩnh, thích hợp để thư giãn sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng hoặc chuyến đi dài. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và chu đáo, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Tôi thực sự hài lòng với lựa chọn này và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi có dịp. Đây là nơi lý tưởng cho những ai đang tìm kiếm một không gian nghỉ ngơi thoải mái và ấm cúng.

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

Traveling solo I was very conscious of where I was going to stay, I booked 4 nights originally and ended up extending it to the full 13 nights, Anh was welcoming straight away with recommendations of places to go for food, great tourist places to visit & also many local places too, any questions I had were always answered!, The room was cleaned and spotless everyday, I have never felt more at home and relaxed when being away as I was here. I’ll be coming back for sure as I loved it!! I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Perfect stay! We stayed in room 101 and loved it. It has its own hard wired WiFi box with fast connection speeds, a lovely little balcony and quiet air-con. Two bottles of complimentary water were in the mini fridge along with 2 travel sized combs, toothbrushes and bars of soap on our bed. Hai was always quick to help whenever we had questions and provided us numbers to call incase we needed assistance in the night. Just before the end of our stay they replaced the mattress with a new 20cm one and in the process refreshed the room for us, changing the sheets and cleaning the floors. Great stay and wonderful people.

We had a lovely stay, the studio was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was further from the tourist attractions/main area of district 1 than we realised.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

nice quiet location, not walking distance to a lot of things but who needs to walk when you can grab anywhere. small and relatively clean room with almost everything you need. Responsive host to solve any issues.

여태까지 머물렀던 숙소중에서 제일 최고라고 말할수 있을듯합니다. 별 5개 이상의 편안함과 청결함이였어요. 정말 최고!!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

The apartment was spotless, modern, and had breathtaking views of Ho Chi Minh City, Vinhomes Central Park and the Saigon River. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The amenities in the building, including the pool, were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the host! They were extremely responsive, always quick to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They truly made me feel welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better host! This is the perfect location for family with small children. The play ground nearby is clean and kept my son entertained for hours and when the finally got bored, there is a larger playground at Vinhomes Central Park as well.
