We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

We had a great stay at this air bnb, what a great find! Was extremely comfortable and a lot of food/drink places nearby The air bnb host arranged a day trip to the tunnels, I see that trip as a must do when visiting the city.

I love the location because this apartment is in District 4 and everything you need to see or do is in District 1. The apartment has everything I need for a 5-day stay. Chris is very responsive and will go out of his way to help you. Enjoy your stay!

Perfectly located with just a bridge to cross over to district one. There are 2 convenience stores located at the ground floor and a coffee shop as well. The place is well maintained, clean and stylish. Communicating with Sam was very easy and he was so kind to give me an early check in. Highly recommended.

Awesome place

Quaint little studio on the and floor in a newly developed housing block. The balcony is overlooking the river across the street. The buidling is in an otherwise poor neighborhood but that always means great street food 😊 The apartment block itself has all the amenities one could wish for (including two big pools). Can recommend.

She was very kind and responded quickly to questions. I took care of the problem as soon as it happened, and if I come back here I will stay again next time.

The house is beautiful, quite matching with images from the host; however you need to parked your rental bike 1-2km from the house

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.
