This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Exactly as described, enjoyed the stay and would stay again. The balcony is a nice addition, though I found it quite noisy out there (not surprising given it's in a busy part of town).

Our stay at Luminous's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was incredibly responsive making our time in Vietnam even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"

Hanh's place is beautiful and the facilities are beyond great. It really does reflect that it is a luxury apartment complex. It is very family friendly (separate swimming pool for children) and surprisingly peaceful in the middle of the city. Perfect location! I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back! Hanh and Hong Ngan are very fast to respond and help: I forgot my headset and they helped me getting them back. The only thing to mention, just for information, is that Marq 1 does not actually allow short stays, which is very normal for apartment complex. Hanh only has one apartment here, and it used to be her home, so I don't feel that it is very illegal. It is very important to meet Hanh or Hong Ngan in person for check-in, so the guards do not look at you weirdly. Check-out was very easy!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

David is a great host and the apartment is clean, spacious and has great views. The beds were comfortable and we loved being somewhere with a washing machine and dryer. He always responds quickly and is really helpful. Location is easy for Grab drivers to find. We had the best stay!

Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme à la maison. Notre hôte a été pro-actif et très réactif à la moindre question. Notre arrivée s'est faite en parfaite autonomie et l'appartement est très bien équipé. J'ai apprécié tous les petits extras (bombonne d'eau potable, dentifrice, savon, gel douche, shampooing, mouchoirs, papier toilette, ...) qui nous a permis de prendre notre temps à notre arrivée et ne pas avoir à courir dans un supermarché. La piscine et l'aire de jeux pour enfants étaient facile d'accès. Le logement est aussi très bien insonorisé malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport et la circulation dense. L'emplacement est central, dans un quartier résidentiel propre et animé. Nous y avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes, 2 jeunes enfants de 3 et 7 ans) pendant 5 nuits et nous y retournerons certainement avant notre voyage retour. Nous recommandons pleinement le logement de Tung!

We loved to stay here. Everything was squeaky clean. Towels and bed linens were fresh and clean too. It's in a great location too, easy to walk around. The instructions given were very clear and the host is very responsive. We felt right at home. Hope to be back here again ❤️
