This is without a doubt THE BEST place I have ever stayed at in HCMC. We stayed for over three weeks and I was even a bit sad to leave. It’s clean, calm, matches the description, private and the hosts are super friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Saigon and this one is available - book it before it’s gone. Amazing value for the price!

This was my second time staying here, and just like last year, it was great and easy to get to the airport after our trip. Host was great. No issues at all, highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

Great location in the middle of the action. The unit was very clean and quite inside with good water pressure. The host allowed me to checkout later than the usual time because of my late flight. Highly Recommend!

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

Good place to stay for a night. Good value for money. Tiny and not very clean though so would not recommend for more than a lay over.

With its close proximity to the flower market, the apartment is beautifully adorned with fresh flowers. The host is exceptionally thoughtful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Simple room that felt like home immediately. The room itself and the building are nicely built and even has an elevator, which made it easy for me to get to the upper floor where my room was. Has all the homely amenities like parking, laundry service, and weekly room cleaning. I work remotely and my room had a dedicated wifi modem which was fast, I had no issues with video calls and meetings. It was the perfect place for online work. Anh was a great host which made me feel like family. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns, and her staff were also friendly and helpful. Location is great too; it's a bit hard to find initially, but once you know which alley to turn into, it's easy to remember. The alley itself was quiet and peaceful which is nice, and if you want the hustle and bustle, you just need to walk out of the alley and onto the main Ba Thang Hai road and you can easily get to anywhere you need to go. Definitely recommend, especially for remote work!

The room looked like in the pictures. Clean, tidy and quiet. The house is in a side street, so it's quiet, but close to restaurants (5 min walk). Market (about 10 min walk). The owner is very nice and helpful.

Very quiet place. If you don’t like the fuzzy noise of horn honking in the morning i highly recommended. A lot of restaurants are walkable distance. If you are looking to explore and know about Ho chi Minch city life, this is a good location to start.

It’s a nice hotel that as at home. I will come back to rent anther bigger home again. There are many stores and shopping malls nearby, very convenient. The staff is kind and serve well.
