I really love this place. Rooms are spacious. I like that it is ground level since we have kids and it feels safer. The host is very helpful and friendly. She is always responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to come back to this place again when we are in Vietnam. Thank you Jennifer!

his place was luterally a God sent answer as I was havibg a hard time to find a good place to stay. it is in a secured neighborhood, and his place itself is very well secured, clean and very worth the price. I like the interior too as its Ikea inspired. He and his wife are also very responsive and very helpful- really super nice. I will book again when I come back to HCM. Definitely a super host!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Jennifer Thuc’s Airbnb! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a large group, providing both privacy and great common areas to hang out together. Jennifer was a fantastic host—super responsive, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group!

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Good place

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Than Tung was a great host. He is very friendly/welcoming and offered great advice for travelling Vietnam. I'm glad I spent 6 days staying with him in his air bnb. As for the amenities everything was perfectly fine for a traveler like me. The neighborhood is away from the tourists areas so when you're there you'll just be treated and feel like you're one of the locals. Everyone there just goes about their daily lives. Nobody is going to bother or try to sell you anything like they do in other tourist districts. There's also plenty of good places to eat. Than Tung will be happy to show you where to go.
