Les chambres de Ngan sont très jolie, bien équipé tout est neuf. Le matelas est très confortable. L'emplacement est excellent avec de nombreux marché et stand de rue. Le café de l'établissement est sympa et le café SUPER bon. Ngan nous a même offert un café de bienvenue, de plus elle est tres gentille et amicale. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente. I had an incredible experience staying at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and well-organized. Check-in: Super smooth and hassle-free. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Cleanliness: The place was spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. It truly felt like a home away from home. Amenities: Everything I needed was available—every appliances. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great! Location: Perfectly situated in hcmc. It was close to everything. . Host’s Hospitality: it was incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations and quick responses. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Tramy was a great host, with the location that I needed, in a building with friendly staff, nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, and restaurants. Her weekly cleaner did a good job, and Tramy helped me with several things during my stay, including when I accidentally walked out without my key card and when I asked about purified water delivery. The bed was comfortable, and the computer chair was very nice.

전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 다만, 에어컨이 작동하지 않아 어려움이 있었습니다. 밤늦게 호스트에게 연락했고, 응답이 빨랐습니다. 늦은시간이라 에어컨을 수리할 수 없기에 선풍기를 가져다주었고 다행히 잠들수 있었습니다. 빠른대응에 좋은 인상을 받았습니다.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
