This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

we had a great stay at Cuong' s place. The apartment is nice clean with lots of amenties. Cuong was very responsive to our needs. The beds can be hard for some... besides that everything was great! Highly recommended

The place is at the centre of most attractions in D1 and several great eateries nearby. The house is very well maintained and the host was very responsive. Great experience overall!

Ik heb het hier heerlijk gehad! De ruimte mocht ietjes schoner (wat stoffig boven de koelkast), maar al met al, was het super goed!! Heerlijk comfy, schattig en op een perfecte locatie!

It’s now Uyen’s place is my favorite list when I travel to Saigon. Uyen is very friendly and helpful host, gave us many good advice to have smooth easy trip. I traveled with family, 2 kids and parents so we need to have a place enjoy spacious for all but also convenient to move around. I am happy to find her house. All we feel comfortable like home as the unit has everything with host’s care. My husband like to sit on chair at the balcony looked at street enjoying cool beer at night time. Highly recommended 100%

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed! We had never been to Vietnam and this apartment ticked every box. It is amazingly central, within walkable distance to an abundance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bars. There are also many coffee shops, and being in Q1 meant that Grab could deliver easily! Across the road there is a delicious pizza shop, or we recommend De Tham Restaurant for Vietnamese. Vo is an amazing host, always answering our requests and providing clear and helpful instructions. I cannot fault them! I left my purse and they even sent it to me in Da Nang! The room was spotless, with beautiful furnishings and decor. We took lots of inspiration for our own house—especially the kitchen tiles, which are gorgeous! Personally, I think the apartment looks even better in person! The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and high pressure, and the washing machine made things very easy. Thank you for making our trip to HCMC the best!

From the get go, Tin was extremely communicative and responsive. When there was anything I wanted to ask about or required, I could trust that it was handled as soon as I messaged Tin. The location is truly the biggest bonus, it is surrounded by many cafes and all the stores that are required. Travel into the city centre is also incredibly easy, and catching a grab was also great with the tower guards who were constantly directing taxis and making our travels easier. Would highly recommend booking a stay with Tin!

It was lovely staying here. The place is located in the lively street of Bui Vien. The host was very kind as well. We were able to cook ourselves a late night snack which was fun. Will definitely recommend again✨

I had an amazing stay! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, but what truly made the experience special was the atmosphere. The host is incredibly friendly and sociable – in the evenings, we could sit around the table, chat, and even go out for dinner together. It felt like staying with a friend rather than just renting a place. For digital nomads, the kitchen is a great spot to work from – comfortable and with a good vibe. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and social stay!

We really liked the place. Stayed there for one day. Didn’t stay for the night as the plane left early. As it is close to the main road the traffic was noticeable. The view from the room was fantastic. I love the pink church. Having a supermarket downstairs was also very convenient. Instructions where clear but we did have a misunderstanding referring the electricity in the flat. We sent a message to the host and immediately got the answer to turn on the switch on the outside of the flat right next to the door. Done and everything worked just fine :) We watched a lot of poker on YouTube on the projector screen. Very nice and sweet place. Thank you for having us :)

Thao's place was very spacious and clean. The communal swimming pool in the complex is impressive, spanning about 50m long. There is a bbq and seating area for free usage, as well as gym and yoga classes available for a fee. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is easily accessible by foot. We enjoyed our stay as it was comfortable and everything needed is within close proximity. Thao was very helpful and assisted with all our needs. We will choose to stay here again next time!
