Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne

Jimmy's place is unique in HCMC, and we would definitely recommend it! (I think it works best for people happy to walk up stars with luggage.) The view of the "Turtle Lake" below is very lively, and we enjoyed having takeout on the small table on the front porch area (which mostly belongs to friendly neighbors). The place has a ton of charm and the location is excellent (coffee/food/sights)! The interior is well decorated although there is no "lounging" area except the 2 beds (no sofa). (I preferred to use the bed as a desk rather than a wooden stool.) If you're interested in seeing what locals do at night, you will see it all from the really cool (small) balcony area. We loved this! The construction next door was very light, and did not bother us. Around 11:30pm or so, it became very quiet in the bedroom. Otherwise, there's a bit of a constant Ho Chi Minh City "hum" with scooters and noise below. Again though, we loved this! (It seems there are 2 version of this ad on Airbnb.)

Great apartment with great swimming pool and facilities. 24 hour security made me feel safety. The whole area is green and nice for walking and eating. Khoa is professional and responsive

Great apartment that felt like home. Everything was clean and all supplies necessary were already included inside the apartment. I will definitely stay again. Convenient enough to get into district 1 (about 15-25min via Grab depending on traffic).
