This is a great spot right across the street from the Ben Thanh market. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom plus a bathroom downstairs. The hosts were always quick to respond and very helpful if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Sehr tolle Unterkunft! War genau wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt! Dadurch dass die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Gasse ist kriegt man nicht viel mit vom Trubel, ist dennoch schnell überall.

Giang's place was a great spot. Good value for the money and in a tucked in area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk around to restaurants, sites, etc. Giang himself was a cool guy and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed! We had never been to Vietnam and this apartment ticked every box. It is amazingly central, within walkable distance to an abundance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bars. There are also many coffee shops, and being in Q1 meant that Grab could deliver easily! Across the road there is a delicious pizza shop, or we recommend De Tham Restaurant for Vietnamese. Vo is an amazing host, always answering our requests and providing clear and helpful instructions. I cannot fault them! I left my purse and they even sent it to me in Da Nang! The room was spotless, with beautiful furnishings and decor. We took lots of inspiration for our own house—especially the kitchen tiles, which are gorgeous! Personally, I think the apartment looks even better in person! The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and high pressure, and the washing machine made things very easy. Thank you for making our trip to HCMC the best!

Although the unit is located at bui vien street, but it is not noisy at all. you can sleep well, watch Netflix without getting interrupted. The location is strategic as you can go to bui vien street anytime, access to de tham street or any place you Wana go. Walking to benh Thanh market is easy and I even extend the walk to Takashimaya. The building is old but classic, with old vibe like your grandma place. First floor, you can find the cute orange cat at the first house you see by the staircase, second floor, 2 cute poodle will always bark and run to you, but stay still, they don't bite but greet you by stand and lean to your leg and smell you. 3rd floor, there's another fat cat you can spot it at the end of the corridor. Is a very homey building, but happening at the outside (bui vien). I love it and will stay again on my next visit.

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Il parfait pour une personne seul ou un couple. Il est vraiment bien placé, à la fois dans le premier district et en même temps à l’écart du tumulte. Attention tout de même du fait du restaurant au dernier étage de l’immeuble il y a de la musique jusqu’à environ 23h00, cependant je l’ai à peine entendu. Attention aussi à la sortie de l’ascenseur à l’étage de l’appartement il y a une petite marche pour en sortir ce qui peut être piégeur la première fois….

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

Very modern and clean. Showers and bathrooms were fantastic. Rooftop terrace was great. Quirky entrance through the local business. Great location for food and shopping.

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

Là nơi thư giãn cho cả gia đình rất tuyệt vời, ngay khu trung tâm nên đi lại ăn uống rất thuận lợi. Riêng phí gửi xe hơi cao theo ý kiến cá nhân. Hồ bơi chung của toà nhà khá nhỏ và không gian hồ bơi cũng đơn điệu.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
