This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

This is a great spot right across the street from the Ben Thanh market. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom plus a bathroom downstairs. The hosts were always quick to respond and very helpful if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Stay in the penthouse for 3 nights and I would highly recommend. Building was nice and clean and a great location in Saigon. Check in and check out was very easy and just checked up on us which was appreciated. I look forward to returning to this apartment again

The place is just as described. It has a great shower and lots of space. It was nicely air conditioned on arrival. Julie’s instructions were very easy to follow. The pool is great! It also has great gym. The location was very convenient with lots of restaurants and amenities close by. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay! Very central location, clean and the comfiest bed ever! Air con was almost too good, i was freezing 😂! lots of lovely coffee shops and cafes near by, host very responsive to messages and allowed me to check in slightly early which was so helpful after a 12 flight! Would definitely recommend.

I did have an issue with the AC not working, contacted the host and he had someone come by the next morning and fix it which was excellent. Good location it's private close by to all the entertainment areas.

We spent 5 days with my parents and my kids and had a very nice time. The flat was very clean and super comfortable. The security guard of the building was really lovely despite not speaking English. The location is great. The area is quiet and not too touristy, yet you’re about 10mn walking distance from a few landmarks and a beautiful park with a big kids playground. The city center is easy to reach by taxi. Finally the host is impressively quick to respond, very organised and offers a few good recommendations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Ho Chi Minh.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

門口有一間在地河粉，當早餐還不錯，還有一間烤肉的店，味道很香！也美味 地點方便而且不吵鬧，離機場車程也不遠 房東有耐心且和善，積極的協助房客的問題，室內佈置很溫馨，許多植物，又有可愛的廚房可以使用

My group & I had a wonderful stay at Le’s Apt. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was in a safe neighborhood and had many great restaurants and coffee shops as well. There is a rooftop pool and a gym as well. Thank you Le!

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Great location. The apartment has a nice view. The only minor hiccup we run into was that the dryer on the washing machine was not working. You need to use the dryer outside the balcony. But otherwise the apartment was spacious and big and comfortable to use. The host was very responsive and meet all our request.

The place is in front of the ben thanh market and easily accessible. There are local stores nearby as well as cafe shops and money exchange. But the unit we rented is in 4th floor, since we are young it is easy for us to go up using stairs, but others might think otherwise. It was a good cardio anyways. Safe as well because there are always people around and locals are very friendly and nice. The unit is so clean and it is more than you expect from the outside. Annie is very accommodating and helpful to us from how to open the heater to borrowing clothes iron and asking other things. Definitely a good stay here!

Alojamiento impecable. Limpio y camas muy cómodas. utensilios de cocina necesaruis para cocinar. Habitaciones amplias. el detalle de la piscina en la azotea es una maravilla. para relajarse despues de visitar la ciudad y hacer diferentes tours. Dueño muy amable, responde rápido a cualquier cosulta y pregunta que tengas sobre la zona o el alojamiento. sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos en el mismo sitio si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh.

Very comfortable flat. It was easy to find and taxis were easily available to go to our destinations. Le was slightly flexible with his check in and check out timings which helped us. There are good restaurants nearby as well. Enjoyed our stay there.

Great location and apartments have everything we needed. Rooftop pool is spectacular. Great host - super responsive and informative.
