Very friendly and helpful host. Recommended to stay if you want some quiet time away from the city. Grab always available whenever you need to get out and about. Will stay again when I come back to Ho Chi Minh City!

Apparently there was some sort of problem with the room before I arrived. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building. it was very nice. the building is very quiet even though it is close to a lot of activity. the apartment would be suitable for long term stays. I was very happy with my visit.

great stay, easy communication with host, and overall convenient location, you don't quite feel like it is at first glance, but there's a lot of stuff around that makes eating and getting around easy

The place is a full penthouse located at the 12th floor of grand riverside complex. The complex itself was very niche with sophisticated residents. The complex also has a convenience store at the ground floor and a 24x7 reception. The guards were really helpful and the staff as well.

整體來說 我下次還是會選擇這裏 地點位置好 房東會在兩小時內做回覆 唯一失望的是 剛開始找不到熱水器的開關 希望房東可以標示一下😆

very spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. We were able to do a load of laundry, which was great. Didn't swim in the pool, so can't rate it. Very close by is 4p Pizza & a 4 min walk is Pho Halal, which is delicious. We were going to stay another night a few weeks later but it just didn't work out. We would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay, highly recommend

The location of this place is really good. we walked 90% of the time. in walking distance there are many many food joints, restaurants, bars and what not. it was really convenient for us first timers in Saigon. The master bedroom is spacious and both rooms have great cityview . we spend most time outside so we didnt really use the kitchen or the premises to much . The apartment needs updating the interior, and the apartment is not flawless so i would reccomend this property to people who will be not bodered by small flaws. the host is nice and responds fast.

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

David was a great host. He was super helpful, accommodating to all my needs. Overall an excellent stay!

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

Schöne Unterkunft im 11. OG. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrum sodass man einige Minuten zu Fuß laufen muss ( was uns nicht gestört hat). Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.

They quickly reply messages and solve problem very well. They also make sure you on the right track to get to the right place, and check in into the room sucessful. If you have any problem, or request of the house, they will try their best to help you solve it.

Communication was easy and the place was nice

This is the best accommodation for solo travelers.

Excellent view, 2 affordable convenience stores below (7-11 & GS25) and a mini-mart with plenty of stuffs! Walkable distance to quite a few cafes, delicious Banh Mis and safely Grab boarding & alighting area!

The place was wonderful and felt more like a home cozy and comfortable! The bed was amazing and enjoyed the gym and pool as well. We plan on staying here again next month! I highly recommend it 👌

Great place, if you’re staying in the city, central place. Just a quick stop for me. But everything perfect recommended.

very nice and friendly host. She allowed us to check out 2h past the regular time, which was really nice. The apartment is clean, with high security so you will feel safe 24/7. Thank you!
