Moana’s place is amazing! I’m totally satisfied with my stay.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

Jolie is very friendly and helpful and so is the family. In this Airbnb you got all you need for a good stay in Saigon and quite worth it for its price. It was the first time for me staying with a family and I was quite nervous but it was absolutely worth it. I absolutely recommend staying there guaranteed good time.

We were looking for a stay for 5 people in Ho Chi Minh City and this place was the perfect spot. Lots of space, very nice decorated and just a vibe that you shouldn’t miss. Viet was a great host and always available and caring. Would stay again 10/10

Our stay Mai Am Homestay was really nice. We didn't need a grab or taxi to go to central spots. Many good restaurants were nearby. We also received a lot information about nice food spots by Mie as soon as we checked in. Everything was perfect!

Good location right in the middle of everything which makes it highly walkable. The host is responsive and accommodating.

the private room is perfect for location and price. it is extremely quiet despite being so close to lots of things. the room is very spacious and the bed is firm but comfortable. just note it is up a lot of stairs but it means you are at the top of the hostel and it is very quiet and reception helps with bags. there is a free water filter downstairs to fill up water bottles. i think it’s a great location for exploring Saigon but having a good nights sleep too.

I recently returned to Saigon for my second stay at Andy's house, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Having first visited in November 2023, I knew I was in for a great experience again in October 2024. What really stands out about this place is the incredibly friendly staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome and taken care of, making every interaction a pleasure. It’s like staying with friends! Additionally, the neighborhood is fantastic—vibrant and full of local charm, with plenty of great dining and shopping options just a short walk away. It’s the perfect balance of excitement and comfort. I highly recommend Andy's house to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Saigon. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Had an amazing stay at this home! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which made our trip even smoother. The whole experience was positive, and I would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location with a cafe downstairs! Room was spacious and comfortable with consistent hot water. It is by a busy main road, so you will hear noise in the evenings and during the day, which may bother light sleepers. I didn't have a problem with it though. Would stay again!

It was a great location, you can definitely appreciate the aesthetic of a comfy house. It was a walking distance to Bui Vien and Ben Thanh market. There were construction ongoing throughout the nights when I stayed, I guess there some road repairs at that time.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Zentrum Saigons, zu Fuß ist alles super erreichbar und die Wohnung war uns immer ein schöner Rückzugsort! Eleanor war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Das Restaurant unten zudem sehr lecker und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ;) Wir würden wieder kommen!
