This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Thanks for being great hosts. Although we never met our hosts, we were in good direct communications via an app. I asked many questions and had some big change of plans, but our hosts were always very quick to respond, and helped make our check-in and general experience good. The apartment was very nice and the location was close to many places we wanted to visit. Thanks again!

Das Zimmer ist toll, es ist groß, sauber und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung haben z.b. eine Pfanne aber ich glaube wenn ich gefragt hätte, hätte Viktor sogar eine organisiert. Letztendlich habe ich mir immer essen bestellt oder war draußen. Das Angebot an Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung ist genial, man ist komplett mittendrin, gleichzeitig weil es ziemlich weit in einer Gasse liegt ist es Abends relativ ruhig. Manchmal z.b. Samstag Nacht kann es schonmal lauter sein. Viktor kümmert sich um alles und antwortet rasch wenn man Fragen hat. Klimaanlage etc. hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt war alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher etwas sauberer wären, sie rochen etwas modrig. Gut wäre es auch wenn man auf dem Balkon eine gemütliche Möglichkeit hätte zum Entspannen, eine Hängematte wäre Ideal. Danke Viktor und alles gute Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

The wide open windows in the living room and comfortable furnitures made us felt right at home. Everything smelled good when we first arrived, and the city view from the windows was quite nice. Though close to Bui Vien (the party street), we did not hear any noise from our unit on the 14th floor.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

A 1-night isnt enough to enjoy such a beautiful unit. The unit is spotless clean with comfortable linens. Great surroundings too! Host is very friendly and helpful. Unit ticks all boxes for an excellent Airbnb stay. I will definitely come back. Thanks so much!

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Great stay in a terrific neighbourhood, walking distance to many attractions and right in the midst of local restaurants and market vendors. Host has excellent communication, very flexible allowing us to check in early with no extra charge. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Al estar en un piso elevado, además de unas fantásticas vistas de HCMC, puedes descansar alejado del ruido permanente y del humo del intenso tráfico. Equipado con todos los electrodomésticos, nuevos y en perfecto estado. Relativamente cerca del mercado Ben Thanh (zona central y llena de turistas del distrito 1), pero en una zona nada turística donde te puedes sumergir en el auténtico ambiente popular de la ciudad. Las calles de las inmediaciones son seguras para pasear y perderte por el barrio con tranquilidad. Hay farmacias y un minimarket que abre las 24 horas a la vuelta de la esquina, y una cafetería en la planta baja del edificio. Además, el anfitrión es muy eficiente, siempre responde inmediatamente y nos ayudó a resolver algunos asuntos personales con mucha amabilidad. Lo recomiendo absolutamente. Si vuelvo a HCMC no tengo la menor duda de que volvería a hospedarme aquí.

tivemos uma excelente estadia no apartamento e voltaríamos a nós hospedar. A localização é boa, perto do centro (uns 20/30 minutos caminhando, dependendo de onde for). Fica numa ruazinha escondida, bem silenciosa, o que ajuda no silêncio do quarto. Banheiro grande, chuveiro bom e uma pequena varanda. nós sentimos em casa. Nosso único problema foi com os travesseiros que eram muito altos. A hosting (Jan) providenciou novos rapidamente, mas não nos adaptamos. mas isso é algo pessoal. recomendamos o local

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war insgesamt sehr positiv. Obwohl wir zu Beginn einige kleinere Probleme hatten, wurden diese schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Die Gastgeber waren stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie wohl sich unsere ganze Familie in der Wohnung gefühlt hat – sie war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend, sodass wir die Gegend problemlos erkunden konnten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Host was very polite always made sure my stay was comfortable and provided laundry service and spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or a couple to stay.

I really recommend staying here. It is not a very spacious apartment but more then enough for a single person. I worked in D5, so this was the perfect location. The landlord gave me his number, so I was always able to contact him, when there was a problem and he answered very quickly. I would come back ;)
