상당히 마음에 들었습니다 부이비엔 여행자거리까지 걸어서 10분?도 안걸리고 벤탄시장까지 걸어서 15~20분쯤? 그랩부르면 건물 밑에 커피숍앞에까지 와서 편함 처음에 방 에어컨에서 물이떨어졌는데 바로 조치해줌 한가지 쪼금 아쉬운거는 카드키를 1개 준거인데 2개주면 좋은거고 1개도 괜찮았음 (2개달라고 요청은 안해서 줄지안줄지는 모름) 아파트 층수에 바로 쓰레기버리는곳도 있어서 편함 샤워기필터는 필수인듯 2일쯤부터 필터 갈색으로 됨 참고 편의점은 걸어서 2~5분 거리 큰거 하나있음 근처가 로컬지역이라 구경하는재미가 있어서 좋았고 22스파도 근처라서 좋음 저는 높은층 32층이라 밖에 시티뷰랑 차도로가 보여서 만족 또 한가지 아쉬운거는 4박 머무르는동안 2일차쯤부터 위에인지 건물 공사하는 소리가 낮에 들려서 거슬렸음

Our favourite part of tom’s condo is the view. Also the bed was comfy and we really appreciated the washer/dryer. Tom was able to accommodate us on a short notice which we really appreciate. Thanks for everything Ashton

We had a perfect stay in Hai’s apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. District 1 is 18 minutes walk or around £1.25 in a taxi. Everything was clean, instructions were easy and Hai answered any questions we had. He was flexible with check in and check out. Smoothest and best host!

Our stay at Opera Residence was absolutely gorgeous—truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced, even better than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed in. The attention to detail in the design, comfort, and high-level amenities made our experience unforgettable. One of the highlights was the bathroom—spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the LG dryer in the closet, which was such a convenient touch. The entire space felt luxurious, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The view from our room was stunning, and despite being in a central location, it was remarkably quiet. The thick, noise-canceling windows made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. Another standout feature was the beautiful pool—a perfect place to relax and unwind. We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s well-equipped with all the little convenient details that make a difference. The view is fantastic, the couch is very comfortable, and the huge 4K TV was a great bonus. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is also excellent—definitely a great place to relax. The only downside was a slight smell in the water closet rooms. Also, the location is a bit far from everything, and there aren’t too many good restaurants or cafes nearby. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay, and we’d recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing visit!

Second time staying here, and it only got better! The room is super clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Love having the coffee shop downstairs, communal kitchen, and pool. Nga was super responsive, got back within minutes of any message, and check-in was flexible and easy. The hotel is tucked behind a busy street so you can get whatever you need nearby but it’s also quiet and private. Highly recommend!

Great apartment. 30 min walk from city center. Pool is smaller than we anticipated but the kids loved it. Very good communication with host.

Clean apartment nearby to most places in District 1 via grab, good and new amenities as well. Best part will be the two bathrooms. Did not get free towels everyday though but they did accommodate my late checkout request which was great.

Very friendly and helpful host. Recommended to stay if you want some quiet time away from the city. Grab always available whenever you need to get out and about. Will stay again when I come back to Ho Chi Minh City!

We really had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in middle of "city" as well close to walking street of Ho Chi Minh. Daisy and team were super responsive and helpful throughot. Location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Good apartment, convenient store in the building etc

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
