Very convenient, fruit lady in front is super nice and a great coffee shop Soco right next door.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in all 4 rooms. Amazing location; comfortable and exceeded our expectations. What elevates this place from great to fantastic is the host; prompt, considerate, genuine and helpful. I have used Airbnb for 10+ years, and Du is the best host, hands down! Highly recommended.

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

This place has such a unique and modern interior — it truly felt like a home away from home, which was such a treat after being overseas for a while. The location is great, and one of the lovely touches was the free meal and drink offered at the café downstairs for each guest — a really thoughtful perk. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of natural light in the space, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

This was a modern clean apartment in outer District 1, just a short car ride to centre District 1. The apartment, very oleasant and safe. plenty of good restaurants just a short stroll. I would stay there again. Nidova is a very good host.

Have a spa just down the apartment, we washed our hair at the middle of the night and enjoyed everything there. very convenient. The room is very clean and mattress very soft.

Absolutely wonderful host in a tremendously charming apartment. Even though it is super modern and new, it still has a homely charm.

The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures – spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail matched the listing description, and I couldn't be happier with my stay. The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Home rất gọn gàng, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hoàn toàn đúng với mô tả và như trong ảnh. Home rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt. Đặc biệt là an ninh ở đây rất an toàn và mọi thứ rất hiện đại. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại Việt Nam, mình sẽ book lại chỗ này. Highly recommend cho mọi người nhe! ^^

The place was suitable for our family and matched our expectations in most aspects. We can highly recommend it to any prospective people looking for a value, strategy location and reasonably good facilities. We’d stay here again if we had the opportunity to travel to Saigon again.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
