Wonderful in every way! Hosts were warm, welcoming and responsive. Requests and questions were met with accommodating help and information. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and convenient to all DC has to offer. Will definitely return when and if traveling back to the area. Thank you, Jeannie Rose for everything!

We had a great time. Wanda and her husband were amazing hosts. The place was spotless and clean and had so many accommodations for us that were so helpful. They were responsive and so friendly.

We had an extended stay at Youssef and Chadi's place while our home was being restored, and we’re incredibly grateful to have found their listing. The space was clean, well-furnished, and located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood with plenty of free street parking and easy access to both the Takoma and Fort Totten Metro stations. It truly felt like a second home during a challenging time in our lives. Chadi and Youssef were attentive, kind, and communicative - checking in periodically to make sure we were comfortable and making it clear that if we needed anything at all, we only had to ask. One local gem we discovered during our stay was Donut Run, just a short distance away and dangerously delicious. We’re so glad this place was available when we needed it most. Highly recommend.

My family and I were in town for the inauguration and this was a lovely place with a great neighbor for my kids and myself to explore. And just close enough to get down town without being in the thick of it. Sojourn let us know that they partnered with Grubhub for free delivery from local restaurants for the entire duration of our stay. That was very thoughtful. My only complaint would be the heater was loud when it kicked on sounded like we were camping. Everything else was as described and we def enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed at nearly 20 AirBnB properties and this is one of the most well kept. Great location and recommendations forDC. Amenities in the property were much more than usual for AirBnB. Would definitely return here

It was an ideal location and there was everything you might need in the neighborhood. The space was good and accommodations were nice. Kitchen was well stocked and they provided coffee, which was wonderful! We would definitely stay there again.

Not only is Jeremy's place fantastic, but he's one of the genuinely nicest people I've ever. Jeremy greeted me personally and showed me the place. Looked exactly like the photos, spotless and clutter-free. The neighborhood is fantastic, super very upscale and walkable with lots of great restaurants and shops. There's also an Equinox gym a 5 minute walk away. Next time I'm in DC I'll be sure to see if Jeremy's place is available!

I wish that there were more stars to give than 5. I have stayed in a few places and this one was amazing. The hosts were great, attentive, kind, and polite. The lower level was clean and comfortable. The bed was TO DIE FOR and hella comfortable, like one of the best beds that I ever slept in, EVER. The host's daughter set up a cute little snack bar with waters and all kinds of goodies for you to munch on with the ask of a small fee, which I was glad to pay. I would love to stay there again if ever I'm in town again.

Sean’s Place in Columbia Heights was exactly what we wanted for our family trip to DC for our children and grandchildren to learn about the history and values of the founding of our country. We loved all the Smithsonian Museums we visited, the monuments and memorials, and the buildings that contain the seat of our democratic government. The trip was inspiring and fun. The neighborhood was pleasant and very walkable. Sean’s place had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend it. - Mark

We booked Stay Bubo's place less than a week before our trip after our other Airbnb reservation was unexpectedly cancelled - right during spring break and cherry blossom season. This was place couldn't have been better - and was even closer to our friends who we were visiting. It was spacious with plenty of room for two families. We especially enjoyed the open living space with the kitchen, dining area, and living room - and lots of seating with two couches and an arm chair. Also so many bathrooms! Thank you for saving our trip and providing such a comfortable and clean place to stay!

This is a phenomenal and beautifully renovated house! Convenient for walking to major sites or the metro station! Plenty of room for groups of 6-8. The kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces are just as the pictures show. We lucked out with great weather so were able to enjoy the rooftop deck. Very secure parking with a garage door. Easy to use PIN entry. The were plenty of towels, sheets, paper products and all the kitchen items you need. Loved the many different coffee/espresso options. Our family also loved whatever type of mattresses they were. 1/2 block to a grocery store. Overall a great stay, great house, and hard to leave. Sal was very easy to connect with and was extremely helpful with any questions. 5 stars for sure!!!

Famille française avec 3 enfants. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Christian. La maison est superbe, l’agencement est parfait. Tout était là pour que l’on se sente bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié dans le garage et nous avons utilisé le métro qui n’est pas loin. Nous recommandons sa maison à 100% !!

This was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to stay during our 4 day trip to DC and surrounding towns. It was the perfect amount of space and pristinely clean. Drury was a great host who provided clear instructions and great recommendations for restaurants. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

I think this was probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is located in a great neighborhood, in close walking distance to the metro and plenty of restaurants, and felt very safe. The Airbnb itself was clean (other than a few dishes), decorated beautifully, and the shower was amazing. We wished it had a tv, but that is not a big deal. The host maintained great communication with us throughout our stay, which was very appreciated, and the price for our stay was ideal. I would definitely come back on my next trip to DC!

Perfect location. Apartment matches the description and pictures exactly. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Charging opportunities everywhere. We had a quick visit to DC for a concert and took in some sights. We walked most places. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby. Andrew is very responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for us. Highly recommend.
