Everything was just like the pictures, it was a great in and out stay.

Vik’s home in DuPont circle was large enough to accommodate our family during our stay in Washington D.C. . The property had certain upscale features which elevated the simplicity of the environment and really made us very comfortable. Our children were able to have calm nights of rest as our days were rather full of activity. The home is in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It is located in the LGBTQ+ district, which should be considered as far as shopping and restaurant options are concerned. Overall the home felt safe and well-appointed, and we were able to enjoy our stay.

The James-Cecil home was an amazing choice for my Family. My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, The home was spotless, just like the pictures from the Air B&B website. The home was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy which lead to an amazing night sleep being away from home. What the James and Cecil group didn’t say was how amazing the view at night overlooking Washington DC was breathtaking from the house. The James and Cecil Group went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I recommend the James and Cecil home to anyone looking to create beautiful memories with your family. I would like to say this experience was a 10/10.

Great place to stay for our DC visit. Quick easy access to all the tourist sites. We would book it again.

This place is conveniently located to all the DC tourist attractions and great restaurants, but still a a quaint and desirable neighborhood. I love that we were able to park our car in the enclosed garage for safety and security. We did not have to deal with driving to go anywhere, we just walked out the door, or if we got tired after 20,000 steps, the Uber ride didn’t cost much at all. There’s a Safeway to buy groceries about 3 minutes walk away. Loved staying here while visiting DC!

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and has a lot of character. We loved the neighborhood and close proximity to the Metro and Trader Joe’s. It was the perfect base to see all DC has to offer. Rita was a gracious host and very helpful.

Second time staying at one of Jonathan’s properties. I appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness, snacks!, and location. I look forward to staying again! It’s a gem.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Ammar was a great host and made our stay comfortable and stress free. One thing worth noting is if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs, outside traffic can get loud sometimes. We would stay again and recommend.

Maricel’s place is our home away from home when visiting DC. Beautiful space in an absolutely perfect location. Less than a five minute walk to 14th St, 15 minute walk to DuPont Circle, and only a 45 minute walk to the National Mall. Maricel is also the best host you’ll find on Airbnb.

Highly recommend this lovely dog-friendly apartment in Mount Pleasant neighborhood, in easy walking distance to delicious restaurants and bars… with a few great choices on the same block, right outside your door! Also very close to Meridian Hill Park—a nice place to walk or picnic—and walkable to other fun neighborhoods, so it’s a good central location in that sense. Very cozy and clean apartment with good natural light in the living room (compared to a low-light english basement, which is common in DC). For workspace, you have the living room table or bedroom desk. Our host Alana was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Street parking is easy enough, and Alana provided instructions for a visitor parking pass. I hope to stay here again sometime.

Fantastic place to stay! I was lucky to have picked this place! I attended a week long conference downtown DC. The apartment's kitchen is bright and clean! Also well supplied with plates. cups, utensils, etc. And a Keurig with coffee. The bathroom is clean, has nice towels and space to unpack hair and make up. Also has nice shower gel and shampoo! the rain shower head is divine! The bed is cozy with great pillows! Loved the electric fireplace when it was cool and the overhead ceiling fan. Also has a nice little sofa to relax on. the place has thoughtful extras such as a record player and records, a yoga mat, books to read. Has a great closet, plenty of good wood quality hangers and iron/board. Great location! i loved meeting people and their dogs on walks. Jacob's Coffee is nearby for a quick bite. Ben and Tessa are kind, responsive and star host and hostess!definitely would stay there again!

John was a wonderful host and our apartment was absolutely perfect. Great location, easy access to public transportation and Uber, peaceful, private, quiet, beautiful area, with everything we needed for a great stay. John and his co-host Reina went above and beyond, from answering my questions about the local area and offering suggestions to help with trip planning, to assisting me with a Walmart delivery, taking the time to make sure my package got inside safely. Fast, thoughtful, helpful communication throughout our stay, and check in and check out were both a breeze. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed—full kitchen, every appliance you could need, plenty of coffee available, extra linens, towels, blankets, pillows…we felt right at home! The back porch was a great place to sit with my morning coffee and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We will definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is great--everything we needed was there. Location was ideal--near to the metro, stores, etc. Everything was hassle-free. Highly recommended

Dotti's place was clean, comfortable and close to Howard's campus which made it extra convenient! Also has a lot of other places in close walking distance, would definitely recommend!!
