I wish I could rate this place higher, 5 stars is not enough. Great location , amazing and responsive host, clean and spacious, fully equipped with all you can need, great backyard and a very reasonable price. Thank you Janesh for hosting us.

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

Everything was fantastic! The house was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything needed! The host was helpful, responsive, and hospitable. Special touches such as umbrellas and board games provided by the host really set this place apart! Walking distance to Union Station and Capitol Hill made this extremely convenient for our group of 5 adults. A quick walk to restaurants and grocery store. We will certainly seek this one out for future trips!

Great place tucked off the main thoroughfare in Georgetown - walkable to anything we wanted to do but on nice and quiet street, which we appreciated. It was great to have 3 bedrooms for our trip with my adult children and a dog. As the description says, it's an old home with charming quirks, and I agree with the notation that the stairs are not suitable for toddlers or people with mobility issues. Charlotte was very responsive to all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Alberta and Jorge’s beautiful home was the best air bnb experience we have ever had, and we have stayed in many places around the world. The home is on a quiet street adjacent to rock creek park in the most serene of surroundings. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was outfitted with every possible kitchen gadget and appliance - a really extra special treat for folks who like to cook, not to mention tons of spices and sauces that saved us the hassle of having to buy lots of extra things. There’s no shortage of supplies which was also a nice touch and made us feel much more welcome. Our family (two adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable there and the kids loved playing in the snow and the yard. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Parking is a breeze on the quiet street and it’s an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Public transit via bus is also very convenient as 16th street is a short walk away with access to the bus lines. A true gem

This place is conveniently located to all the DC tourist attractions and great restaurants, but still a a quaint and desirable neighborhood. I love that we were able to park our car in the enclosed garage for safety and security. We did not have to deal with driving to go anywhere, we just walked out the door, or if we got tired after 20,000 steps, the Uber ride didn’t cost much at all. There’s a Safeway to buy groceries about 3 minutes walk away. Loved staying here while visiting DC!

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

Right on the D4 bus line that takes you downtown. Union Market was a walkable distance from the Airbnb! Snacks and coffee were provided for easy breakfasts on the go. The place was very clean!

I had a wonderful stay at Mark’s place near NoMa in Washington, DC. The location was easy to find and well-described, making check-in a breeze. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and cozy bedding. One of our favorite touches was the Nespresso machine with pods—such a great addition for a morning pick me up. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, even for my 60+ year-old mom, who had no trouble sleeping on it for three nights. Mark also thoughtfully provided an air mattress just in case the sofa bed didn’t work for us, though we didn’t end up needing it. Overall, the place was perfect for our stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

When I return to DC Anne’s will be my first choice.

John's place was great. It was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet for such a tightly packed neighborhood. Parking was no trouble and there were loads of options for getting around without a car. We really loved the shower, too!

Hudson was terrific. He responded when we asked a question but left us alone otherwise. The bathroom was large with lots of amenities, even individually wrapped makeup removal wipes & tons of towels. The 2 bedrooms were equally well stocked with extra blankets & pillows. The mattresses were comfortable. While we didn't cook any large meals, we found there was plenty to cook breakfast. There's a huge supply of spices & assorted coffees and sugars. The living room couch was comfy and the outdoor space was pretty with cafe lights. The laundry room was always available. We were in DC to visit our brand new grandson; it was so handy to clean spit up, pee, and poop. Hudson is pet friendly. We had our daughter's older dog with us and Hudson was respectful of Finn's needs and contacted us before coming into the apartment when 2 lightbulbs burned out. Hudson installed them quickly. The shower is a French farmhouse type so you will need a shower cap. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

My wife and I were in DC for a wedding and family reunion, we could not have picked a better place. Very comfortable well equipped. Stayed 5 days and there’s lots to see. Luis was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Thanks R & S (we would happily return)

A lovely place in a great location! I stayed for five weeks while in transition back to DC. Greg was very responsive; the place was spotless. It’s also very cute, in a historic building on the west side of Dupont Circle (border with the West End and near Foggy Bottom). I will definitely recommend this to out-of-town friends.

Nuestra estadía fue bastante placentera, el lugar contaba con todo lo necesario. A pocos minutos de la estación de tren y de muy fácil acceso. Tom fue bastante flexible y no tuvimos ningun problema durante nuestra estadía! Todo estaba como se miran en las fotos y se describe. Totalmente recomendado.

Rayna was very responsive with any questions I had and the property was nice and close to most of D C. Attractions.

Great unit, easy to find. Clean and convenient. I was only there for one night, but it was a great retreat while I was in town for business. Across the street from a great gay pub, down the street from restaurants. Mt. Vernon Square Metro stop was a walkable distance, with a Giant between if you need to pick up any essentials.

We wanted to thank you for being so accommodating with our last minute requests and working with us to make sure we had a safe and clean place near the hospital. We will definitely return and highly recommend staying here if anyone has a chance. This place was clean, looked just like the pictures and communication with the hosts was super quick and answered all questions. Thank you again!!!!

Eddie and Terri’s place was perfect for our family to spend 3 days in DC. Location was too far to walk to sights but close enough to walk to places to eat and a Whole Foods to get groceries. Their place had everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The only downside to the place was there was not a bathroom on the main floor so you did have to walk a flight of stairs to the bathroom and on the second level there was a bathroom with the master bedroom which had a bathroom. The third floor had two bedrooms and one bathroom. Be prepared to go up and down 34 steps to get to the third floor bedrooms. That was a little difficult with a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old but the overall stay was great and I would recommend their place.

Great location for access to the National Mall as well as other interesting spots in DC. the neighborhood is cozy and safe, with friendly people and nice dogs everywhere. The place is clean and it's nice being in the upstairs units so you don't hear folks above you. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors during our 3 night stay.

It was a very nice & clean place. The guest guidebook had tons of helpful information. The location & neighborhood were wonderful. Had more amenities & extra touches than expected.
