Very beautiful home, felt like home. This location is close to markets, stores and shopping centers. Franklin was very attentive to our needs. Upon initial inspection after my arrival, We came to find that there were issues with the washer. He was quick to get someone to fix it, meanwhile he contracted the local laundry to be at our disposal for any laundry needs (included pick up and drop off at the airbnb). I recommend Franklin to anyone who visits DR.

Si estas pensando ir a un lugar cómodo y exclusivo este es perfecto para ti cuenta con muchas facilidades para estar cómodo y además es un espacio organizado eficientemente. • Una llegada fácil y muy eficiente. •Características necesarias disponible en todo momento como microondas, refrigerador, utensilios para comer básicos para dos personas, cafetera, plancha y más... •La higiene fue excelente todo estaba limpio y en orden. •Necesidades básicas disponible como toallas, jabón, shampoo hasta acondicionador y mucho más... En conclusión la estadía fue perfecta gracias al confort de este hermoso lugar.✅️

Beautiful home that looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and very relaxing. It was bigger than expected! Tons of space. I would stay here again. The only thing I would like to mention is the stairway to go upstairs to the second floor and also the stairway to get up to the rooftop patio are not child friendly or if you are older and have trouble with mobility you should expect not to be able to go up those stairs. The kitchen has every possible thing you could need, and the bathroom and bedrooms were all well equipped as well! Derserves more than 5 stars really.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Centrally located to so many great historical and cultural sites. Plenty of nearby conveniences and everything is walking distance. The Airbnb is beautiful. So many gorgeous architectural details with modern comforts to satisfy all your needs. Great stay!!

Definitely worth the stay I just wished I could’ve stayed longer I loved how private it was we had the place to ourselves all my questions were answered rooms were clean just like the pictures we enjoyed the pool best place I rented on vacation

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

Una de las mejores experiencias, precio calidad insuperable, apto. sumamente cómodo, limpio y ordenado. Jose Luis fue extremadamente amable inclusive, tubo la cortesía de llevar más sabana y toallas de las qie estaban así se podrían utilizar mientras se lavaban las demás. fue siempre atento y cortez quedamos muy satisfechos!!!

Loved the place, everything was spot clean. We arrived very late at night and we had no issues getting to the apt. Super quick check-in. Loved the place very cozy and comfortable and the bed was amazing. Loved the fact that the grocery store was 5 mints away everything was near by. 100% recommend. Will def come back if needed.

Nice apartment great location great host

We stayed in this apartment for a month. This place is great, modern, comfortable and super clean. The location was perfect, really accessible to stores, restaurants and supermarkets. We really enjoyed the outdoor terrace where we spent most of the time. The host was superb, she went beyond to make our stay a perfect experience. Always accessible and helpful. I would really recommend this place. We will definitely be back. Thank you Natalie, hope to see you soon.

Very responsive, helpful and attentive! Small but comfortable and all in unit was needed. When called upon, host showed and helped with everything. Would definitely come back if need too!
