Lo que mas me gustó de este alojamiento es lo impecable y limpio que estaba. A pesar de ya tener un tiempo en Airbnb, ¡parecía como si lo hubieran estrenado el día anterior! Yo rechazo los "mejores" airbnbs solo por como luce el baño, es lo primero que veo, pero este esta perfecto. La ubicacion ni se diga, es una de las mejores zonas de Santo Domingo y cerca de todo lo que necesites. Los anfitriones son 1A. Se aseguran de que no te falte nada, son excelentes conversadores y te dan recomendaciones de la zona y la ciudad. Tuvieron cortesías extras que no eran su obligación! ***** Lo recomiendo a cualquier viajero, pero a los que se porten bien!

The apartment is centrally located to everything I needed and wanted during my trip. I will definitely stay there again.

Andres fue de mucha ayuda con su guia de restaurante y supermecardos, Con instruciones clara. Mis hijos e esposa le encanto la propiedad Unos de los mejores airbnb que me eh hospedado en la capital. Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Where do I even begin? This was cream de la crème — one of the few places I’ve ever rated 5 stars. Let’s start at check-in: I had an early flight and messaged Wendy, and she said no problem. Walked in to a handwritten thank-you note and—yep—cold Presidentes waiting. The attention to detail here is next level. A makeup towel? I don’t even wear makeup but still appreciated it. Toiletries were stocked, the furniture was super comfortable, and the balcony? Unreal. The neighborhood is walkable with restaurants, shops, and a colmado right across the street. This is by far my favorite Airbnb. Now I see why it’s so highly reviewed.

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.

El alojamiento se encuentra en un edificio seguro, con lobby 24 horas, a solo unos pasos de Downtown Center, un centro comercial con restaurantes y supermercados, ideal tanto para disfrutar como para hacer diligencias; también a pocos minutos se encuentra el parque Mirador Sur, ideal para caminar .El apartamento estaba bien acondicionado para mi estancia y muy bien equipado. Sin duda, volvería de nuevo. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos para responder cualquier inquietud. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme con ellos. Me sentí como en casa cabe destacar que el edificio tiene muy buen Gimnasio.
