Wow. We really enjoyed staying in Ema’s beautiful space. The clutter-free, beautifully designed and cozy interior was a wonderful place to return to after a day of traveling around Montenegro, and equally beautiful to wake up in looking out at the gorgeous views of the Bay of Kotor and the mountains through every window. It was wonderful to have a parking spot, and to be just a 10 minute walk from the old city of Kotor. On our last morning, we walked right up the ladder of Kotor directly from the apartment. It was very comfortable and we would return in a heartbeat. Ema also is incredibly responsive with communication and was very helpful with personalized recommendations.

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De kamer kan wel wat vochtig zijn door slechte ventilatie maar dat heeft Maja direct opgelost :)

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Yeri bulması oldukça kolay ve old towna çok yakın bir konumda. takriben 700 metre uzaklıktaki kuzey kapısına 6-7 dakikada yürüyebiliyorsunuz. sahile iniş ise 2 dakika sürüyor. yakında market ve cafe olması büyük avantaj. evin imkanları gayet güzeldi. manzarası da muhteşemdi.

This place was beautiful!! We loved getting to stay in a smaller, quieter town and getting to visit Perast & Kotor. Parking is easy and free! The views are amazing, and this apartment was so cute and cozy on the inside. We loved the loft, so fun! Everything was so clean. One of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host isn’t super easy to get in contact with, but it wasn’t much of a problem because we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

Jovica was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed, the views were absolutely gorgeous! Due to health, we had to check our early... Jovica was very understanding and kindly offered to drop us off at the airport. We would definitely recommend and I hope to return one day. Thank you Jovica for your generosity and a wonderful stay!

This was one of my favorite accommodations I have stayed at. The owners literally thought of everything! They were fantastic communicators and provided us with recommendations and clear directions. The house is beautiful, and we enjoyed the access to parking and the water front patio. We will definitely stay here again!

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

This airbnb was perfect. Alexander was super nice and responsive; He gave us multiple restaurant recommendations which were fantastic. The place is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the bud station and grocery store and 10 minutes from Old Town.

The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

This apartment is a very cozy place to stay in a good location, walking distance to the center of Tivat, and close to the beach. It was spotless clean and had everything necessary inside. The bed was comfortable, too. The host is very helpful, and speaks good English. Definitely recommend It for the nice stay in Tivat.

I wish we spent more time in this cute apartment! Truly felt right at home, very relaxed and cosy place, lovely balcony and sunset views. There was everything we needed and much much more in terms of amenities! Facilities were great, kitchen was spotless, coffee maker and delicious coffee made our mornings, the bathroom was so neat and spacious that it could be a room of its own. We loved the small touches like delicious welcome chocolates and local wine. There were lots of basics covered , like even oatmeal, cereal, various types of tea and condiments were stocked up. We could find anything and everything from cotton buds, hair straightener, cream, toothpaste and clothes drying rack. Plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, a TV, books, hangers and more. It felt like visiting a friend. We absolutely loved the place. Dijana was a great and friendly host, she supported us and answered all our questions promptly. Thank u for the lovely stay, if we are ever in Tivat - will stay again!
