What a fantastic place. The most beautiful view over the bay, the apartment was short of nothing, and actually has many more amenities than are listed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay near Kotor. Amazing, thank you!

Wir konnten die Unterkunft nicht sofort finden. Srdjan hat uns dann umgehend abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Vor der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleinen Strand. Ein privater Parkplatz stand uns zur Verfügung. Das ist auch dringend notwendig, denn es gibt kaum öffentliche Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Srdjan hatte uns Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit. Die Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig. Die Altstadt von Kotor ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Bylo trochu těžší najít konkrétní byt, ale jinak vše v pořádku. Skvělý výhled i místo. Určitě bych se vrátila.

Anita was an amazing host, very understanding, friendly, and helpful. She answered all our questions quickly and sincerely ☺️ The house was flawless... 🤩 It was so cute, cozy and had everything we needed. The view and location of the house were amazing. The road right in front of the house led to the seaside, providing a great walking experience. The house was very close to Kotor and Perast 😍 You should definitely choose Anita's charming stone house for your Montenegro holiday! 🏰🇲🇪♥️🌊

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Tamara’s place is just a street back from the sea front. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and her brother was really helpful in showing us around when we first arrived. Everything you could need is in the apartment including a shaded terrace outside. 5 or so minutes walk to the port area but with restaurants and bars right outside. Great place to stay if you’re planning a visit to Porto Montenegro.

Mladen’in evindeki konaklamamız hayallerin ötesindeydi. Ev ve manzarası fotoğraflarda görünenden çok çok daha güzeldi. Evin içi tertemiz ve tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak herşey mevcuttu. Konum olarak kotor merkeze yakınlığı yeterliydi.Mladen bizi her konuda tavsiyeleriyle bilgilendirdi. Ben ve arkadaşlarım kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

I stayed there for 4 days and Marija made sure I was comfortable. The Airnbnb itself was exactly what I expected and the view of the pool was amazing, as was the easy access. Marija herself was a fantastic host who always supported me when I needed anything. She provided me with info about the city and activities, and any time I had a question I simply messaged her on What's App and she replied almost, if not immediately All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

De accommodatie was verder van het centrum dan we hadden verwacht, ongeveer 35-45 minuten rijden. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 25-30 minuten afstand. Dit is goed om in gedachten te houden als je veel boodschappen wilt doen. Het handigst is om voor een aantal dagen boodschappen te doen en, als je richting het centrum gaat, een volle dag aan activiteiten te plannen. De afstand tot het centrum hadden we zelf ook beter moeten onderzoeken. Het privéstrand daarentegen is heerlijk rustig en perfect om in te zwemmen, wat het verblijf erg ontspannend maakte. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van de activiteiten die door Marko worden aangeboden, zoals het zwembad, de basketbal- en biljarttafel. Dit zorgde voor voldoende vermaak tijdens ons verblijf. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle faciliteiten die naar behoren werkten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de douche was krachtig en warm, wat altijd fijn is. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad!

Dijana& Mladen's place was in the perfect location, very close to Kotor and another beautiful little towns. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the best was to relax after dark in the terrace the views to the bay from the apartment were incredible. The instructions and responses from our host were always precise and with fast responses and most important very comfortable night sleeps.

Öncelikle evin içi ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Balkonda bir şeyler içmekten çok keyif aldık. Konum olarak özellikle arabanız varsa güzel bir yerde hem kotor old town’a hem de perast’a gitmek oldukça kolaydı. Irena’nın iletişimi çok iyi ve bu birçok şeyi çok kolaylaştırdı. Bir sorun olduğunda ya da bir şey soracağınız zaman hızlıca iletişim haline geçebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca gezilecek yerler için de ona danıştık ve bizim için çok faydalı oldu. Yemek konusunda seçici biriyseniz evde birçok mutfak malzemesi mevcut onları kullanabilirsiniz. Sadece eğer 4 kişi gidecekseniz ve hepiniz uzunsanız salondaki koltuklar uyumak için biraz küçük kalabilir. Genel olarak çok güzel bir deneyimdi.

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

Huzur dolu bir bölge burası ve gezilecek noktalara arabayla ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Biz araç kiralamıştık bu yüzden her şey sorunsuz ilerledi. Ev çok temiz ve düzenli, manzara harika. Milena ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi eve koymuş. Aracınızı park etmek için bir park yeri var. Ev aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Milena çok tatlı bir ev sahibi. Karadağ’a geldiğimizde yine burada ve daha uzun günler konaklayacağız

Marko ist wirklich ein super Gastgeber! Der persönliche Empfang am Vormittag war perfekt arrangiert, mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und einer großen Obstschale… der mobile WLAN Router, den Marko uns zur Verfügung gestellt hat, war Gold wert - damit haben wir alle seine Empfehlungen und Tipps problemlos ausmachen können - z.B. Strände, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Touren und Orte usw. waren immer ein Volltreffer! Die Kommunikation war steht’s einwandfrei! Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Montenegro verbracht und das nur, weil wir uns nach unseren Ausflügen auf die schöne Unterkunft gefreut haben und den Abend auf der Terrasse genossen haben! 7.-14. Oktober 2023 mit super Wetter und Sonne satt! DANKE

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

Een fantastisch huisje voor twee personen. Slaapkamer, douche met wc en keuken in de woonkamer. Alles is nieuw en was brandschoon bij aankomst. Een supermarkt, bakker en restaurantjes zijn op loopafstand, maar het meest fantastisch is het uitzicht op de baai. Ontbijt, lunch en diner op het terras met zo'n uitzicht is fantastisch. Wij bevelen dit huisje van harte aan.

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!

Evde 6 yetişkin, 2 çocuk ve 1 bebek konakladık. Ev tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı. Odalar konforlu, balkonu keyifliydi. Mutfakta aklımıza bile gelmeyecek birçok malzeme vardı. Bir akşam bahçedeki mangal alanını da kullandık, çok keyifliydi. Evin kendine ait otoparkı olması da çok güzeldi. Evin hemen karşısındaki plaj alanına bayıldık. Çardakta keyifli vakit geçirdik. Evin konumu da manzarası da harikaydı. Balkondan bakınca Tivat şehir merkezini ve körfezi görebilirsiniz. Yakında tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz marketler ve bir Avm mevcut. Yürüyüş yapmak için de harika bir konumu var. Ev Kotor ve Tivat'a oldukça yakın. Havaalanını ve kalkan/inen uçakları görebilirsiniz ama gürültüsü size hiç gelmeyecektir. Ev sahiplerimiz tüm soru ve ihtiyaçlarımızda hızlıca ve güleryüzle destek oldular. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Müthiş bir tatil geçirdik.
