Dobrota : locations de vacances en appartement

We ha do great stay. Our flight was delayed meaning a late check in but Andela was super understanding and friendly to greet us still. The view from the balcony has to be the best view we’ve had, just about worth the steep walk up from the restaurants and beach. Thanks for a lovely stay

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

Jelena & Ivan's place was a perfect base to explore Kotor. The location is perfect to walk to the old town, but was far enough away to not be affected by crowds or noise. Ivan was amazingly responsive and helped us throughout our stay in Kotor. The apartment was clean and well-furnished.

Nikola harika bir ev sahibiydi. Bizim için bıraktığı şarap ve kartpostal çok ince bir davranıştı. Biz o kartpostal’ı hatıra olması için aldık🤭Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Tıpkı resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi. Kendimize ait otopark oluşu da bizim için avantajdı. Market ve fırına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Nikolaya bu güzel ev sahipliği için sonsuz teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. Bir sonra ki Karadağ turunda tekrar Nikola ev sahipliğinde bir tatil geçireceğiz. Her şey için teşekkürler

Son derece memnun kaldım.Herhangi Bi eksiklik yoktu herşey anlatıkdığı gibiydi. Goran gayet arkadaş canlısıydı çok yardımcı oldu.

Lovely place, well equipped with everything you need. Balcony is small, but view is grand of the whole bay. If your lucky there’ll be no cruise ships so you can appreciate the whole bay. Lots of recommendations from the host. Host supplied beers and wine in the fridges. Shower is great, hot water runs out though if lots of people showering. Supermarket 5 minute walk from apartment. 25 minute walk to old town to experience all the Kotor attractions. Local restaurants on the water front near apartment. You are up a hill, so always a climb back home but it’s fine.

Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit. Ilona ist eine tolle, herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns einige Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch super. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter :)

I could not ask for a better apartment in Kotor. It was my first time visiting Montenegro, and the Old Town is beautiful. This apartment was in a perfect spot near the main gate entrance, and everything I wanted to see and do was accessible. The interior of the Airbnb was clean and comfortable. My host was always responsive and helpful. I think you should book this place.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

the place is very nice and in the heart of perast. all the instructions to get to the apartment where clear and the host was responsive. we enjoyed our stay in perast, Kotor is 20min by car the only problem might be the parking situation as it is very touristy there.

I unfortunately was not allowed to enter the country, the host was incredibly helpfull and communicative Would highly recommend staying here!

Igor je bio izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv domaćin, kao i njegova majka. Stan je bio veoma čist, udobno i dobro opremljeno, baš kao što je opisano. Lokacija je odlična, a komunikacija s Igorom je bila brza i jednostavna. Preporučujem svima!

The place was really clean and lovely. The public buses pass through the Eko gas station which is next to the house. You can walk to city center and Beaches easily. There was a cute dog in the garden. It was adorable and friendly. It made our days really good! For this price, the house way really nice. I recommended. On the other hand, the house owner did not answer when we arrived there. It was not easy to find the place. Because it was in the garden which has another house. So we had to wait like 40 minutes there. Still he didn't answer but neighbors helped us then we found the house. The owner was not there, another lady showed us the house but she doesn't speak English and she couldn't tell anything about the house. So we had to figured out everything by ourselves like what is wifi password, how hot water heater works...

Eleonora and her husband are very friendly warm and welcoming hosts who took what we thought was going to be a good experience up another level to a truly fantastic stay! The apartment is well situated and feels safe and calm, within good walking distance of the promenade. We are very grateful to them for their hospitality and hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern and stylish, the host is very welcoming and helpful. I am strongly recommend this apartment.

Tout a été parfait. Le logement est impeccable. La piscine a dépassé nos attentes et rendu notre séjour très agréable ! Il y a de plus un accès à la plage, à de bons restaurants et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
