I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

I come to Melbourne to catch up with my family if this place was available I would certainly stay again

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

Excellent stay. Clean and neat. Great amenities. Great location. Helen was very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again when I come down again.

Lovely place with a walkable neighbourhood that was perfect for our larger group

This is a great place to stay for a family; plenty of living space downstairs and two living areas which is perfect for the kids. Spacious and nicely maintained we felt right at home. Short walk to Carlisle Street which is bustling with restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Easy to jump onto the tram and walk around. There’s also a kids playground at the end of the street for the kids so all round a great spot!

The house was perfect for our family. The place was nice and new and was a good size. Walkable by 15 mins to the high street with lots of cafe and food. It was a nice quiet street and we felt safe there. Debbie was always responsive when we had any questions and was very helpful in accomodating a late check out for us.

Gorgeous place to stay. Walking distance to everything we needed. Beautifully styled. Comfy beds. I can see why this has a five star rating. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in vibrant Smith St Collingwood. So many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The classic terrace has been fitted out in a lovely style and the living space upstairs is a fabulous and spacious room. Kizzi & Michael were very friendly and responsive, helping out quickly to fix a small problem. Unexpected bonus was the courtyard with the basketball hoop.

If you need a place in South Melbourne, look no further! Incredible host, beautiful house and the beds are AMAZING! So comfy, I didn’t want to leave! A nice quiet street but also close to the hustle and bustle of South Melbourne. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful week here. The house is beautiful, with high ceilings, and the living room faces a small garden, just as shown in the pictures. A beautiful and relaxing park is just a two-minute walk from the house.

Melanie’s house is a beautifully renovated and beautifully furnished house in the heart of South Melbourne. A very walkable location but also easily accessible by public transport. The house is exactly like the photos. Spotlessly clean. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable and with everything you could possibly need for a short weekend or a long stay. Melanie’s communication was fast and friendly and helpful with lots of great tips for restaurants, cafes and general local knowledge. This is a simply perfect Airbnb stay.

Hi Monika, Thank you for allowing us to use your townhouse for our long stay in Melbourne. It was perfectly positioned between Chadstone and Ringwood, well presented, spacious and fully equipped for our stay. Kitchen was a great size and needed nothing. Even had a coffee machine! Big bonus having a garage and off street parking as well! Was in such a quiet neighbourhood and close enough to Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and a great little Italian. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay there again if we do another stint in Melbourne. Thanks again. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here!! I would highly recommend staying, we felt so comfortable here as the house is amazing and the neighborhood is so calm and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with was a huge plus, the kitchen was full equipped with everything you would ever need, and the living room was so comfortable for movie watching. An added bonus was the beautiful office space which was perfect for us since we both work remotely. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely come back!!

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

Great place, very comfortable and quiet. Exactly as described and Andrea was great to deal with.

Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants & supermarket all within a few minutes walk. Apartment was tidy with basic items such as body wash, shampoo, tea & coffee. Staircase was a wild steep spiral staircase which was all good for us but would not be ideal for those with low mobility. Kitchen had all necessary items set up for cooking. Could do with new towels in bathrooms as they were white & had stains on them. Host communicated well, was very polite and gave clear instructions & was available to answer any questions :)

Genuinely in the heart of Carlton just next to the cafe "Heart of Carlton". Quiet accommodation with everything necessary for a family of five. Cara is a very nice and an immensely helpful host. We would definitely come back!
