Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!Ich hatte vor und während des Aufenthaltes keine einzige Frage- John teilt alle Informationen proaktiv mit.Sehr nett! Wir fanden die Lage toll,weil wir nicht im Trubel wohnen wollten,aber trotzdem die Möglichkeit haben wollten, zu Fuß zu gehen.Bis ins belebte Stadtzentrum läuft man ca.20 min. Es gibt jedoch einzelne Tavernen etc.auch schon näher an der Wohnung.Komplett still und abgeschieden ist es nicht,vereinzelt hört man Durchsagen der nahen Hotels,aber es stört nicht. Die ersten Strände kann man zu Fuß wohl schon recht schnell erreichen,bis zum großen richtigen Sandstrand läuft man aber doch etwas.Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und sind bei der Hitze lieber zu den vielen umliegenden Stränden gefahren. Die Wohnung ist sauber und durchdacht ausgestattet.Man findet alles, was man braucht.Ich schätze es sehr,wenn eine Grundausstattung (Salz,Pfeffer,Öl) vorhanden ist und es NEUE Spültücher gibt,so wie hier. Danke John! Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir dürfen 😊

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Benny empfangen und haben uns allgemein sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, kurzer Weg zum Strand, zwei kleine Supermärkte und ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe und mit dem Auto ist es zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst war genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gut geschnitten. Auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten, war Benny gut erreichbar. Falls es mich nochmal nach Kreta verschlägt, komme ich gerne wieder nach Stalida :-)

Emplacement génial, logement propre, simple mais bien équipé. De quoi passer une bonne semaine sur cette belle île.

I was very fortunate to be able to stay at John's place even if it was off season. I knew there was nothing open in early February, but I had everything to myself: the house, the magnificent sunrise and the beach (I even had a swim!) Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ Γιάννη, να'σαι καλά!

This was a perfect base for our family to explore the old town. The house itself is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bedding/seating, AC in every room, with a rare find of a cute courtyard. Our host was very responsive to our needs over messaging. The location was perfect in the center of the old town. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, even though in a few hundred meters there were busy restaurants and stores! A supermarket and laundromat are conveniently located nearby. Keep in mind that the area itself is cobbestoned, with no cars allowed (challenging for strollers, luggage - though transfers can be arranged, and about 5-10 walk to access taxis or parking) - we were aware of all of this and liked the easy walking access to many sights/restaurants/stores - the atmosphere in the evenings is quite beautiful.

We (father, two children) booked Yanna's house for 9 days in April 2025. Yanna and her husband Yiannis gave us a warm welcome, and check-in was very easy. The house is beautifully situated on a hillside with an east-facing view toward the sunrise. You quickly learn to appreciate breakfast on the patio! The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need, and had comfortable beds. The highlight is certainly the outdoor area, which has been lovingly designed. The old coastal road is below the property, and traffic can be a bit annoying during the day on weekdays. However, it is quiet at night and on the weekends. A car is essential; it's a 10-15-minute drive to Agios Nikolaos (pleanty of restaurants and supermarkets). Yanna can give good tips for restaurants in the area. Cretan hospitality is well known, but Yanna and Yiannis have taken it to the next level!

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sauber und bietet genug Platz für alle. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Nachbarn waren äußerst freundlich und der Pool hat jeden Tag für die nötige Abkühlung gesorgt. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen! Es gibt viel zu unternehmen aber man ist ein bisschen Abseits vom Touri-Trubel (was wir sehr angenehm fanden). Das Meer ist nicht weit weg und wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, gibt es auch noch viele andere spannende Sachen zu besichtigen (Tropfsteinhöhle, Wasserfälle...). Irmak war bei Fragen immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert und äußerst flexibel. Wir können diese Unterkunft besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und überlegen bereits, ob wir irgendwann mal wieder kommen.

The location is right on the beach. The people make this though, they are so lovely! Maybe we'll come back some day

lovely place by the sea with a cute patio and garden. i stayed at the end of the season so it was very private. the kitchen is best well equipped, i was able to make meals. the washing machine is also very useful. everything was clean and nice smelling when i arrived. gözde and evren were very kind and helpful. i would love to stay again!

Direkt am Meer. Schön um am Ufer entlang zu schnorcheln. Etwas mühsamer Einstieg über scharfe Steine ins Meer, man braucht Schuhe aber alternativ ist der Sandstrand nur 100 m weg. Trotz der Lage im Touristenort genug weit von der Strasse weg damit es sehr ruhig ist. Der Supermarkt mit frischem Brot nur 150 m entfernt und das Frühstück auf der Terrasse dann traumhaft. Wir haben es hier sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Je recommande vivement ce airbnb. L’hôte est adorable, très accueillant et disponible quand on a besoin d’aide/de conseils. À notre arrivée, (aux alentours de minuit) l’hôte nous a rejoint là où nous étions puis nous a accompagné jusqu’au logement. L’appartement était super propre. Ce dernier est placé dans un petit quartier, calme et proche de la capitale. Merci encore à eux ! Je recommande !

Es war so ein charmantes und komfortables Zimmer. Sie waren rundherum immer sehr Hilfsbereit und total nette und freundliche Menschen in dem Dörfchen. Christina war immer top erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Gerne wieder

İlk Airbnb deneyimimiz olduğundan dolayı açıkçası tereddütlerimiz vardı. Biz eşim, 3.5 yaşındaki kızımız ve 2.5 yaşındaki patili aile bireyimiz ile çok rahat ve güzel vakit geçirdik. Nihan hn da , babası Seyhun Bey de bizimle yeterli iletişimi kurdu ve ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda ilgiliydi. Ev yeşillikler içinde bir sitede aynen resimlerde göründüğü gibi hatta biz fazlasını da bulduk site çok nezih ve sakin, havuz alanı göründüğünden çok daha güzel ve temiz. Marketler yürüme mesafesinde. Biz arkadaşlarımızla başka bir plajı tercih ettik fakat karaincir plajı da yürüme mesafesinde. Ev 5 yetişkini ağırlayabilecek kapasitede. Biz ev girişini saat 18 gibi gerçekleştirdik ve yılın en sıcak günlerinden biriydi ve ev serindi. Yatak odasında klima yok fakat vantilatör var ama evdeki klima her yeri soğutmaya yeterliydi. Gayet keyifli vakit geçirdik, sadece köpeğimiz biraz kedilerin peşinde koştu:) herşey için teşekkürler yeniden, biz kendimizi evimizde hissederek ayrıldık, yeniden muhakkakgelecğiz

Wij hebben genoten tijdens ons verblijf in de villa. Debbie heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen en een rondleiding door het huis gegeven. Het huis is schoon en netjes ingericht. Daarnaast was het zwembad heerlijk! Het zwembad werd goed bijgehouden en schoongemaakt net zoals de tuin. Ook fijn is het dat er een privé oprit aanwezig is met een poort die je kan sluiten. Verder heeft Debbie ons veel tips gegeven wat betreft restaurants, activiteiten, stranden, etc. Wij raden deze villa ontzettend erg aan!

Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen - Die Terasse ist sensationell, noch besser als auf den Fotos - Toller Blick auf das Kretische Meer - Sehr gute Matratzen - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter - Guter Startpunkt für viele Unternehmungen in Ost und Mittel Kreta Hinweise: - Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der Autobahn, die hört man manchmal, hat uns aber nicht gestört. - Das Dorf Malia fanden wir ganz schrecklich, aber zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen ok. und sonst muss man da auch nicht hin. Weiteres: Wir sind mit Aegean geflogen und haben bei bluecarrental ein Auto gemietet. Beides war sehr gut.

Es war wunderbar, man findet sich sofort zurecht da der Ort klein und überschaubar ist. Er hat dadurch sehr viel Charme. Die Zeit war gut da es schon nicht mehr voll war.Spyridon und sein Team sind herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt 🙋🏻‍♀️

Me and my friends had an enjoyable stay at the villa. It was so lovely and had such great amenities, we especially loved the hot tub! The location wasn't too far from town making it easy for us to get in and out and the location was spacious even though there were eight of us. Debbie communicated well with all of us and even offered us recommendations of good locations to go! We had a great time and would love to come back one day!

We'd like to come again. close to the lively downtown, but still quite - especially as bedroom is located to the inside. Very friendly neighbors. Clean.
