The house was exactly what we needed for in the right location of town.

In a cute neighborhood and close to green spaces. The house was very clean and had everything I needed. As a bonus, the 12 PM checkout time made for a relaxing day.

Jessica was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. We traveled with my family of 4 (including our 10 yo and 12 yo kids) and grandma and grandpa came along for the vacation. We also had our dogs with us and the fenced in, larger yard was very handy and allowed for peace of mind with our furry family members. The accommodations were great and we were relatively close to all of the attractions we were hoping to get to. I would definitely recommend staying at Jessica's place for your STL stay!

Mallory was a great host. She was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The home is a nice size for small or large family and the neighborhood was very quiet and welcoming. However, be prepared to drive to other neighborhoods for certain things like Target, Walmart, and Sam’s or chain restaurants and shopping. But I can’t complain since St. Louis doesn’t have traffic. You can tell a pet has lived in the home, so I would communicate if you are sensitive to pet fur. I have no complaints about this listing!

Perfect location, easy access to whole city. The house is great and we all enjoyed the stay, felt like home. We would stay here again next time in the area.

Nice place would definitely stay again I shower a lot so a bunch of clean towels is a must for me so that was awesome that there where fully stocked and the people upstairs was quite barley heard them

Took a mini vacay to St Louis with my mom & the kiddos. 3 adults & 2 children had plenty of space for sleeping. The pool & hot tub were so relaxing. It felt so homey. We were offered fresh produce from the garden. Lots of pots & pans if you like to cook while traveling. The bar was nice if you like to relax with a drink. Everyone loved the Pac-Man machine! Tons of at home amenities like streaming channels, coffee maker, potato chips, toys for the kiddos, giant Jenga set, etc. Private & safe location. Only 20-30 mins driving to the heart of St Louis. We really enjoyed our weekend and would recommend this home to anyone needing a family spot to relax.

It's a wonderful place that I lived almost four months in here. It's clean and calm and with all sufficient appliances and supplies to support a convenient life. The owner is very kind and helpful as well.

For being a studio it definitely is bigger and more spacious than any studio I seen or stayed in before. Would highly recommend and stay again

Ed was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The home was exactly as described and beautiful. It was within minutes of driving downtown and had a great view of the arch. This home was perfect for our family of four. We would love to come back!

Tracey has created a lovely little haven. Her space exudes peace and comfort and provides all one could want for a short or longer stay. The park across the street was a great place to take my dog for walks. Grocery and other stores are nearby and the freeway is easily accessible. Tracey is a welcoming and thoughtful host.

Judy was super awesome to me and my brother! I would 100% recommend staying here for your stay in ST Louis.

Scott's property was amazing. If you need a place to spread out, this is the one with 3 sitting areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large televisions, swimming pool, several tables and lots of chairs to sit around the pool. We came between seasons, Scott had been there the day of arrival getting the pool ready for the season and I'm sure it will be a family hit. If you have any questions, Scott is quick to reply.

Chose the house because it was close to my nephew, allowed dogs and had a fenced in yard. House came complete with supplies of all sorts and I appreciated having glass containers in the kitchen, not just plastic. House is roomy and yard is a nice size. When I first got there, the house smelled very musty, but running the overhead fans and the air purifiers eliminated it. Management was responsive on the few occasions when I contacted them, especially when I first got them and discovered that the batteries to the lock needed replacing. Although the house is located on a major street, traffic lights make backing out easy and at night, it's quiet. The area was safe and it didn't go unnoticed by me that a local cop lives across the street and parks his car outside. Had limited contact with the next door neighbors but they seemed nice. One note: The laundry area is on the basement, down a somewhat narrow flight of stairs, in case that's an issue for you.

Great stay for our long weekend getaway. It was cozy , clean and had everything we needed. Jill is a great host, very friendly and responds quickly to any questions. Their was an issue with a water leak from the upstairs unit and she took care of it immediately.

Ana & Nathan are great hosts! They responded quickly, were friendly, and provided everything needed for a stay. Their property was perfect for our needs; it was just as described and very clean! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood with a driveway for parking and the proximity to the city without feeling like you are in the city. When in the area again, we plan to stay at this location :)

Nice home with a great location. Wonderful upkeep - this is really a nice neighborhood. Easy parking, - big backyard Very safe for dogs. The only thing I would suggest is more power outlets, and some sort of small normal height table to eat. Eating at a stool counter for four nights is difficult. Other than that - seriously good rental.

It was so nice to get away and relax for the night at the cottage! It was so peaceful! Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

The listing is accurate and my expectations were met. The fridge water stopped working on the second day, but the host was very communicative and offered to have a maintenance person stop by, but we chose to decline (and they also dropped off some bottled waters which was unnecessary, but very nice). The location is very convenient to all of the places we needed to go. You can walk to Forest Park (fyi busy road with sidewalks), but it’s also a very quick drive!

Location was great and felt very safe. Street parking was completely fine and all cars were safe. The back yard was great for dogs or kids. The house covered all the basics. The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. in the large bathroom. Biggest complaint was lack of closet space. We certainly made do and it’s not a deal breaker but the bedroom that sleeps up to 4 has no closet and only one chest to sit luggage on. There’s also not much space to sit things on like charging stations for electronics on both sides of the beds, etc. The house isn’t “homey” per se since it’s a full time rental, but it is still very comfortable and extremely clean. The host is the most responsive host I’ve ever had and was very proactive letting us know about guests checking in and did help a ton when the upstairs neighbors were so loud we couldn’t sleep in. It’s an older home which explains the noise, and there are signs reminding everyone to please be polite and quiet which is nice.

My husband, our 2 dogs and I enjoyed our weekend get away to Kevin's Cozy Cottage. The location was great for the activities we had planned. Kevin and Cheryl pay great attention to detail-- from snacks available to us to treats for our pups! The cottage was cozy, well decorated, and very clean. We felt at home and very welcome. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone traveling to St. Louis and definitely consider staying at this property again!
