Visited with friends. The place is well maintained with good seating in the backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the themed rooms. Good location.

We had an amazing stay in the Airbnb! Perfect size for 8 adults with room at the dining room table and on the couch. Everything was spotless and in great condition. The guide book had a lot of helpful information. Walkable to the 50 and 55 bus and minutes away from all areas of Heavenly! The hot tub was big and perfect! Super easy to load and unload the cars and easy parking. Would definitely book again for either a summer vacation or winter ski trip!

spacious backyard, great for dogs and a super clean and convenient hot tub! Bedrooms afforded privacy from the main rooms, warm and comfortable. Gigantic couch, and great setup for home cooked meals after skiing.

Stayed with a few friends while visiting local ski resorts (this place is just 20 mins from Rose). Unbelievable views of the sun setting over the mountains. Although there are neighboring houses, you can't see them from the backyard (hot tub, patio) so still felt super private. Hosts were incredibly responsive, never took more than 15 mins to reply at any hour of the day. The hot tub was out of commission for our first night but was fixed the next morning and the hosts promptly issued a sizable refund without me even asking. 5 stars.

The house was amazing , so spacious, plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The open floor plan was awesome and the downstairs was fabulous , so many bedrooms and bathrooms, it was great for our family. The house had everything we needed. The view from back deck was so pretty , you could see the lake , beautiful sunrises and just the beauty of the forest around. We had an amazing time celebrating my husbands birthday with the family in such a tranquil setting. It is a short drive to Tahoe City and the beach, which we visited every day. The house stayed pretty cool with the ceiling fans and open windows, although some windows did not have screens and some windows were unable to open. We had a fabulous 9 day stay and look forward to staying again next summer. Shannon is a great host, responded promptly with any question I had . Thank you Shannon for sharing your beautiful home

Lori was a fantastic host. She was extremely kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. The home was beautiful and quite cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could imagine needing! There are three different flights of stairs to bedrooms, it was slightly challenging with a 2 year old who wants to climb everywhere. Very easily mitigated with baby gates. Would love to stay here again!

We loved the Tahoe house! A perfect spot to share with another family with amazing amenities. Janel and Kevin were fabulous hosts and provided a cozy comfortable space with great amenities. The space was perfect for two families, we cooked dinner and all had plenty of space. My kids loved the thoughtful touches for the young crew and us adults were grateful for the comfortable beds and linens. They’ve done a wonderful job of making their home feel cozy and inviting. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great place right near Nevada beach for a last minute getaway. Was convenient to get to Safeway across the road.

Our four-night stay at Laurie’s place at the Marriott Grand Residence Club was perfect for our family. The two-bedroom residence was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable beds—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible without needing a car. The heated pool, hot tubs, and common laundry added extra convenience, and the friendly staff ensured a seamless stay. For families seeking comfort, space, and top-notch convenience, this is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

The property was spacious and perfectly located. It comfortably accommodated our group of seven, with plenty of room to spare—we could have easily fit 10 people. The beds were especially comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great little get away spot surrounded by beautiful mountain scape. The resort had hot springs which were nice to soak into after a long day of snow boarding. Loved the quietness and being surrounded by nature. We enjoyed our stay here!

This place was great. It was really pretty and the view of the gondola was great. It’s a good location and laid out well. The hot tub is a little tricky. You have to manually lift the cover off and it requires two people. It was nice still a nice feature. There are not extra towels for it so I recommend bringing your own. The kitchen had a nice stove and lots of space to cook but didn’t really have useable cookware. Recommend bringing your own.

The Little Dipper was a cool little place to stay. Easy walk to the lake. Cozy inside on some cold winter nights :-)

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

We had a very nice weekend at the cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice . It was very clean and perfect for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be coming back.

We took our grands who live in AZ up to the “Tahoe Cabin”. They had a blast playing and sledding nearby for the couple days we stayed. There was absolutely nothing we needed to bring (except for our food). The house as everything else you need! It is Exactly as pictured with comfy furniture and beds, plenty of extra blankets if you needed. The kitchen has dishes and silverware for 10+ people and cookware to make virtually any dish! You will definitely enjoy this house!

Chris’s place is exactly as he described: Private, quiet and in a wonderful area of Tahoma. The cabin is rustic in the best possible way and has everything you would need. It’s on the small side but that simply adds to the “cabin in the woods” ambiance. Loved every minute of my stay! Highly recommend!!!

We planned a last minute weekend getaway and were lucky to find this little gem. The backyard is fenced so we didn’t have to worry about keeping an eye on our dogs while we were in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and have drinks at night. They even have dogs bowls for your fur babies in case you forgot yours. The house itself feels like a little cabin in the woods. We even used the fire place and we didn’t have to buy any wood because there is a wall stacked full of it in the back yard, cut up and ready to use. We had plenty of room for us, our kids, and dogs. There is even a walking trail very close by if you want to get out and enjoy nature. The location for us was exactly what we were looking for, very peaceful and quiet. The host was also very quick at responding with any needs we had. The only thing we struggled with was the bed. It is extremely firm and a bit squeaky. Overall , we would definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful time at Katherine’s A frame! The views are beautiful and it was convenient to getting our kids on the slopes. We’ll be back soon!
