Dolomites : locations de vacances au pied des pistes

great place! super location! We went to ski for a couple of days and everything thing was close by, the pistes are easily reachable by car (3 minutes) or by a skibus that passes just around the corner. The house has everything you need and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!

Siamo stati ospiti di Romana per 5 giorni di vacanza sulla neve in famiglia. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa, con una vista formidabile, e provvista di tutto il necessario. Posto auto in garage. Comoda alla fermata dello skibus (e in ogni caso anche a piedi si raggiungono in 15 min circa le piste e in 7 min il centro di San Vigilio). Approvatissima!

Una splendida vacanza sulle Dolomiti friulane! L'ospitalità di Umberto e della sua famiglia ci ha permesso di godere di qualche giorno tra camminate, risalite in vetta, sperimentazioni con sci e snowboard, gustose mangiate. La casa è affascinante, calda, comoda, fornita di tutto il necessario e pulita. Perfetta per noi (due famiglie per un totale di 4 adultɜ e 4 bambinɜ). Paese e impianti a distanza di pochi minuti a piedi o raggiungibili con skibus. Da provare la vicina latteria! Programmiamo di tornare presto!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schöne Lage zum Skifahren! Es war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und gut organisiert. Monika war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wie sind sehr zufrieden und können es weiter empfehlen! :)

Le logement est parfait, je recommande fortement. La vue est magnifique et le jacuzzi est trop bien, tout est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. On reviendra surement, merci !!

Imeli smo se zelo lepo. V stanovanju je vse tako kot piše v opisu. Je izjemno čisto. Z gostiteljema se žal , zaradi njune bolezni, nismo srečali sta pa bila gostitelja ves čas našega bivanja odzivna in na voljo za vsa vprašanja preko maila. Izjemno pozitivna izkušnja. Hvala vama in vajini hčerki, ki nas je prvi dan sprejela.

L’alloggio di Antonella era perfetto in ogni dettaglio: rispecchiava la descrizione e le foto viste al momento della prenotazione. Appartamento in zona tranquillissima come parcheggio subito nelle vicinanze. L’ambiente è stato molto accogliente e perfetto in ogni dettaglio. Per non parlare di Antonella, gentile fin da subito e molto dettagliata. Se dovessimo tornare nelle zone, ci rivedrà sicuramente!

This accommodation was absolutely perfect! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a tasteful and modern design that makes you feel right at home. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding is fresh and brand new – it was such a pleasure to sleep here. The space is well thought out, and despite being a group of five, we all fit comfortably without feeling cramped. Another great bonus was the washing machine, which was very convenient for our stay. Everything was just perfect, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

La casa gode di una posizione eccellente, perfetta per chi vuole vivere appieno Madonna di Campiglio. L'interno è accogliente, anche se avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di ristrutturazione. L'unico vero difetto è la mancanza dell'ascensore, che potrebbe essere scomoda per alcuni. Per il resto, tutto perfetto!

Amazing stay at Laura’s place! She was so accommodating and the place was clean and in a perfect location in town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Cortina.

Great location for our family winter vacation with split of cross-country and alpine skiing. Walking distance to Marcialonga slope and not far from Predazzo lifts. Emanuela is a great host and easy to communicate with (helped by Google translate). The apartment is as advertised and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the place.

Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich vom Gastgeber begrüßt und haben kurz alles erklärt bekommen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Skiwoche in Wohnung verbracht. Es gab alles was wir brauchten, es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Besonders schätzten wir die Nähe zur Skipiste. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa es muy amplia y en muy buena ubicación. Aparcamiento gratuito debajo. Daniele responde a todas las preguntas en un tiempo corto. Repetiría si volviera sin duda!

L'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Una volta portati i bagagli nell'appartamento e gli sci nello skibox (un po' laborioso, devi prendere 2 ascensori e portare tutto a mano) puoi dimenticare l'auto in garage. Metti gli sci ai piedi fuori casa e sei subito in pista, favoloso. La casa è spaziosa e accogliente e tutto funzionava bene. Cucina super accessoriata. Avremmo apprezzato di più un letto matrimoniale al posto del divano letto, ma è comunque un divano letto king confortevole. Un vero confort avere due bagni e acqua calda a sufficienza per tutti. Possiamo assolutamente consigliare l'alloggio, noi se dovessimo tornare al Tonale lo affitteremo sicuramente nuovamente. Marcello l'host e Francesco il contatto locale sono persone molto disponibili e gentili.

El alojamiento es fantástico, amplio y cómodo, con unas vistas maravillosas. Situado en un lugar próximo a múltiples actividades de montaña, servicios como restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, etc. Destacar la amabilidad del anfitrión Claus que en todo momento se mostró cordial y atendió nuestras peticiones, facilitándonos lo que necesitamos con rapidez y diligencia. Nos orientó respecto a las actividades interesantes que se podían hacer en los Dolomitas. Del todo recomendable para disfrutar de una estancia en la zona de los Dolomitas.

It was awesome and quiet place , Dorotea very nice, kind and helpful person . We had an issue with our car she communicated with us and provided a lot of support. For sure if I plan to come to Italy again i will stay in this place .

Es war wie immer herrlich - Sonne satt auf der Terasse und direkt an der Piste gelegen. Super, dass jetzt auch eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist! :)

Apartamentul este amplasat la capătul unei zone de locuinte, înconjurat de liniște și frumusețea naturii. Drumul este usor si rapid pana la partia de ski Madona di Campiglio. Noi ne am simtit foarte bine.

Abbiamo soggiorno presso lo Chalet Ada di Emanuela. È stata un'ottima esperienza! Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti a casa con la fortuna di essere immersi nella tranquillità più totale e nel silenzio più assoluto! Fantastico! Lo chalet ha tutto ciò che ti puoi immaginare in una casetta di montagna, giardino compreso, il legno scalda l'ambiente e ci si sente coccolati! Emanuela è stata un'ottima host. disponibile in tutto, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili per come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza! Grazie!

We had a great time at Angelica's place. One of the best things was how close we were to the ski slope and lift. It meant the eager beavers (teenagers) could go out to ski as soon as they were ready and I could follow on. We were the last off the slopes every evening. The skiing is great with something for everyone. The views from the chalet are amazing and mesmerizing. There is everything you need for cooking etc. You need a car to go to the village to the supermarket or out for dinner. I would definately stay here again. Thank you Angelica.

Die Zeit bei Daniela war aufgrund des wunderschönen Chalets und der fantastischen Lage außergewöhnlich erholsam. Das Haus ist blitzblank sauber, klar und harmonisch eingerichtet und herrlich ruhig gelegen. Vor allem haben wir die Terrasse und den Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne sehr genossen. Highlight ist außerdem die Sauna sowie die Infrarot Kabine. Daniela hat uns herzlichst begrüßt und die Kommunikation mit ihr war einwandfrei. Bei Ankunft lagen einige Aufmerksamkeiten liebevoll für uns bereit. Wunderbar waren auch vielfältige Details wie bereitgestellte Wanderrucksäcke, etc. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich der Lift sowie Zugang zu Wald- und Wiesenwegen. Wir haben herrlich tief geschlafen und fühlen uns richtig recharged. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für diese wundervolle Zeit, Daniela.

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!
