This was a great spot, close to everything and the unit was in the back of the courtyard so it was very quiet. There were some basic supplies and coffee which was nice. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. Easy to access. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect, walkable and safe area, close enough to the main attractions but far enough from the noise. The condo itself is exactly what our family of four needed, space and privacy.

Benito and Mariana were great hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and needs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. There were extra towels in the bathroom. The place was as shown in the pictures (except for the cat ladder). We think the bed is a double (cama de matrimonio), not a queen size as described in the listing. The location was excellent. It was 5-minute walk to the Warren Hardy Spanish school. We loved spending time up on the roof top patio. Highly recommend staying there!

Escogimos esta hermosa casa para pasar año nuevo en familia en SMA y fue la mejor opción, además de espaciosa, hermosa, con estacionamiento, en zona segura y con amenidades dentro de la zona que disfrutamos ampliamente. Accesible en auto en menos de 5 minutos ya estábamos en un supermercado o en restaurantes sin necesidad de ir hasta el centro. Además tienen un servicio gratuito de transporte al centro de SMA. El equipo HOLT siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades, sin duda volveremos!

La casa es preciosa, enorme, elegante y los jardines hermosos. Paola fue super amable, atenta y flexible con los horarios. Nos sentimos como en casa, pero más consentidos. El desayuno que ofrecen con cargo extra también excelente, en la Terraza con vista a la alberca y los jardines, divino. La salsa verde de Juanita estaba de campeonato. Queremos rentar toda la casa para regresar con los amigos. Gracias por todas tus atenciones, Paola.

Una casa muy linda y tranquila!

This is a cute and cozy home with a great view of the centro from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook meals. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area it's easy to find somewhere to eat out. The home is located on the top of a VERY steep hill so someone with mobility or health issues would be challenged walking up to the home. But taxis are plentiful and within the centro the charge is about US$4. The home faces north and we found in November the main floor was dark and the house was cold but they have provided room heaters which worked well. Holt was always very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our month-long stay in the home.

Ampliamente recomendable, son atentos en todo momento y buscan resolver la situaciones que se van presentando, en mi caso tuvieron flexibilidad en la salida y nos solucionaron un problema con la caldera. Cosas a destacar, si quieres cocinar tiene TODO para hacerlo, la mesa es para 12 personas entonces se puede convivir muy bien, y el asador esta perfecto. Tuve una muy bonita experiencia en famialia, en una zona muy segura. PD. Queda a 10 min del centro de san Miguel, 3 minutos de un Oxxo y 5 de un Soriana.

Casa muy comoda, con todo lo necesario. Tiene habitaciones amplias, 3 baños completos mas un toilette. Todo funciona muy bien, bien decorada y todo casi a nuevo. El barrio lindo y justo enfrente de la piscina. La ubicación si bien no esta dentro del casco histórico es cerca. Recomiendo

Todo excelente sobre todo la cama del master bedroom super comoda , todo excelente cuenta en los baños con todo lo que puedes necesitar... Muy agradecida con el equipo de atencion al cliente muy amables al ingresar ... todo fue muy rapido e igual la salida . super organizados excelente vigilancia y seguridad las 24hrs.. sin duda regresaré al mismo lugar... y lo super recomendare... Nice rental in the heart of SMA. Looks just like the photos, comfortable bed with good linins, full size washer/dryer and fridge. Kitchen looked well stocked although we never cooked in, SMA has too many good restaurants! Unit is up 2 flights of stairs. Other units also being Airbnb rented in the building. Calm area at night, totally safe for walking, very comfortable, and excellent communication for the host. Wifi worked great, a perfect rental!

Great location for exploring SMA. Fabrica was directly across street. Easy 10-15 minute walk to centro and activities lots of restaurants. . Gated complex with security. Felt totally safe the entire trip. Enjoyed the onsite pool and large rear patio. Met some of the other residents whom were friendly. Despite all the walking I gained 5 lbs due to yummy bakery near entrance. Ha

La casa es tal cual las fotos mostradas en airbnb y el fraccionamiento es tranquilo y seguro, volvería a reserva.

lugar increible, a 10 min caminando de la catedral, el departamento esta muy bonito y cuenta con todas las amenidades, super silencioso y amplio el estacionamiento. complicado acceder la primera vez si es que vas en auto ya que debes de pasar primero a recoger el control remoto y despues podras acceder a la cochera. fuera de ese detalle todo esta increible.
