Un lugar tranquilo y seguro para tu estadía, a un par de km del centro de san Miguel. Miguel muy atento y servicial desde inicio a fin, todo excelente!

El recibimiento por parte de Azucena fue amable y atento. Nos encantó el lugar, está muy bien equipado. Únicamente, si consideras el espacio para trabajar utilizando el internet, la velocidad no es la más recomendable. ¡Nos encantará volver en futuras ocasiones!

We had a wonderful month long stay at Luis Manuel’s place. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. Luis was very friendly and responsive with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, the heated pools, and the beautiful grounds of the complex. It is within walking distance to the convenience store, grocery store, and bus stop to Centro. Highly recommend!

A perfect room for a solo traveler. Quite, cozy room at convenient location. Definitely stay here if I visit San Miguel de Allende again.

My favorite airbnb of MX! It’s colorful & bright and the rooftop terrace is spectacular! There are more amenities in this Airbnb than in most hotels. They had hooks by the door for keys, lights beside the bed for reading and multiple seating options. There’s a fountain in the little courtyard/parking pad that helps give things that “oasis in the city” vibe. It also attracts birds that I enjoyed watching. The hosts were my first US expats to interact with over my few months in MX. They were friendly and are a good resource for local info. Know that the immediate area is steep and there is no way to avoid walking a pretty serious incline to leave the apartment so probably not good for anyone who can’t physically climb 8-10 flights of stairs comfortably. I also came to realize that SMA is definitely NOT a dog walking town due to the extremely narrow, albeit charming, cobblestone streets and lack of shade causing everyone to stick to one side of the road. FYI for dog peeps! Avoid Centro

Estuve con mi pareja y mi mascota y sin duda la pasamos increíble. El lugar es tal cual en las fotos, el camper muy cómodo, el jacuzzi siempre con el agua caliente, el baño limpio y con agua caliente. Tiene todo para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable, parrilla para poder preparar carne asada, leña para disfrutar de una fogata junto con bombones y un lugar privado y seguro. Las instrucciones de Raúl fueron excelentes y muy claras para poder llegar, para disfrutar del lugar y recomendaciones para visitar en el pueblo. Sin duda espero regresar, vale totalmente la pena!

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Every corner was beautifully decorated and Michael was an amazing host. We also were able to have breakfast and lunch made at our house. Lots of room and even larger than the photos show! Lots of room for our group of 5

A truly beautiful historic home near, but not exactly in, the central area. 5 en suite bedrooms, all well appointed with comfortable bed s and linens. The street noise is typical of a place in a bustling town square, so prepare appropriately (ear plugs, sound machine etc, if you are prone to need). The Terrace and Rooftop are divine. Pictures don't do it justice! Thanks Leonardo, we hope to be back.

We had a fantastic time in San Miguel de allende. We were in town for a wedding and Ginny's place has beautiful patio, pool, living room for all 13 of us to congregate. We used her recommendation for a chef to prepare a meal for us and it was delicious and very easy. We stayed in the casita and let the children/grandchildren stay in the main house. the town center was 10 minute walk with many restaurants and a grocery store was 5 minutes away. We did have groceries delivered before we checked in which was perfect and affordable!

Ese fraccionamiento tiene una magia impresionante, el diseño de los edificios y su imitación en pequeño del centro de San Miguel de Allende lo hace único, el acceso a gym y Oxxo en la esquina ayudan a tener todo cerca, la única mosca en el arroz es el Sr que limpia la alberca es muy grosero. No pudimos usarla en toda la estadía. Pero no tiene la culpa el anfitrión. El inmueble está muy bien equipado y espacioso, las terrazas del mismo muy acogedoras y serviciales, lo recomiendo al 100

La casa está muy bonita y en un residencial muy tranquilo, encontramos la casa limpia y el espacio es cómodo para un grupo de personas. Roberto siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier tema. Recomendable estadía

La estancia estuve súper agradable, nos encanto el lugar, sin duda regresaríamos, todo lindo y aunque caminando al centro no estaba tan cerca en auto eran 15 mins y podías estacionarte y caminar perfectamente, estaba cerca de todo, y había tiendas para comprar comida muy cerca, también había albercas, no nos metimos por el tiempo pero se veía súper agusto, el lugar en general ya que es un fraccionamiento nos encantó y que fuera PET friendly fue el plus. Súper recomendado

The Dona Jimenez suite was lovely and had everything we needed, especially AC that we ran while in the room. It was walkable to the centro and far enough away from the noise of town. I loved the decor and the finishes were perfect for a historical location. You can feel Adriana’s care and pride in her beautifully appointed house. We appreciated Adriana’s suggestions for places to eat and visit. The only less than perfect thing was that a neighbors dogs barked at night, so bring and use ear plugs. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and well worth the uphill walk from town!

La casa está limpia, ordenada, cómoda, con una hermosa terraza. Es linda y agradable, al igual que Krystal residence. Sitio bonito para caminar despejarse, ver un hermoso atardecer y escuchar el tren pasar, la alberca rica y el jacuzzi muchísimo mejor, con agua caliente, áreas verdes grandes y bien cuidadas, sitio limpio y relajante. Me volvería a hospedar con gusto, todo nos gustó y la atención del anfitrión mucho más. Y un punto importante es petfriendly, perritos bienvenidos y felices. Y a 8 minutos en auto de San Miguel, además está todo cerca, la comercial, plaza, restaurantes, etc. Muy recomendable.

Lovely but the only thing that might be an issue is there are way too many dogs that bark constantly. This is not Joscue’s problem but rather the Casalvento Residential’s problem. We brought it to Joscue’s attention and it has been ongoing but he was going to discuss it yet again. Otherwise, our stay was lovely and pool area only gets busy on the weekends.

El departamento está impecable, dentro de un edificio increíble y con muy buena ubicación.

Excelente ubicación. Ideal para ir en familia. Los espacios del depto. son muy amplios y la comunicación con el anfitrión es muy sencilla. Está a pocos minutos de la plaza principal caminando. Muy recomendable!!

Nice rental in the heart of SMA. Looks just like the photos, comfortable bed with good linins, full size washer/dryer and fridge. Kitchen looked well stocked although we never cooked in, SMA has too many good restaurants! Unit is up 2 flights of stairs. Other units also being Airbnb rented in the building. Calm area at night, totally safe for walking, very comfortable, and excellent communication for the host. Wifi worked great, a perfect rental!
