Dominique : locations de vacances adaptées à la pratique du sport

Daniel made me feel right at home. He is kind, sincere and considerate. Lovely family and cozy house/room. Can’t beat the location being in a nice part of the city with key amenities, food and the most iconic sites of Dominica all within easy reach. He knows all there is to know about Dominica and is keen to share his knowledge if you ask, I’d recommend for tourist and locals alike. Without Daniel, I think my time in Dominica would have been far less productive and memorable.

Lawrenson is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! So kind and generous! Always willing to share with you all the different produce growing on his property. Bananas, plantains, papayas, guavas, breadfruit, ginger, turmeric, coconuts, tania, limes, sugarcane etc! Listening to the crashing waves of the Atlantic are soothing and peaceful. The pleasant sea breeze is a blessing! There is plenty of room in the house. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality stainless steel pots and pans. Make sure to bring the groceries you’ll need for your stay. Like Lawrenson says, the beauty of Dominica is in its simplicity! Good Hope is a beautiful quiet village. You’ll definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle which you should have in Dominica anyway! We visited Emerald Pool, Spanny Falls, Jacko Falls, Jacko Flats, Salton Falls which are all within 30 minutes. There is a gas station in the neighbouring village of San Sauveur. We truly enjoyed our 18 days in this mini paradise!

We had a great stay in Roseau for 3 nights. Perfect place to start exporing the island from here. Everything important can be reached by foot. Even though its the main town its still not too loud, even on the weekend. The appartment was super clean and comfy. Shannon was a super host who always reached out to make sure we were having a great time. Answered all questions beforehand within an hour or 2. On our check out day our ferry was only leaving in the evening, and after a quick check with Shannon we could still use the room until late afternoon :) Would book again on my next stay!

Le logement de Mélissa est vraiment magnifique , il donne sur une petite rivière privée et apporte une grande relaxation. Il y fait frais la nuit et la climatisation n’est pas nécessaire. Au réveil, il y a une vue sur la forêt, le bruit des oiseaux et une grande tranquillité . C’est l’un des plus bel airbnb que je n’ai jamais fait ! Mélissa est une cheffe cuisinière incroyable, elle propose des petits dejeuner, dejeuner , dîner succulent. J’y retournerai juste pour le plaisir de rester dans le logement, profiter de la nature environnante, de l’eau fraîche potable provenant du logement et des bons repas de Mélissa. Je ne peux que recommander à 100%. L’accès se fait par tirolienne et ce côté un peu aventureux m’a beaucoup plu. Mélissa et son conjoint explique tout ce qu’il faut savoir et l’accès se fait en toute sécurité.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Roseau for shops, restaurants and buses. Communication with Kevin was great he responded very quickly to our queries & rectified a minor issue within a hour. There was air con, fans, hot water & a laundry room with washing & tumble dryer. The apartment was very clean and a lot of attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again as regular visitors to Dominica.

it's as described. simple basic accommodation . the beds were comfortable , the kitchen was very basically equipped but food in the village was cheap so we are out most nights. kimani was an excellent host, atentive and helpful. we would stay there again.
