Our stay was great. The apartment had everything we needed with a well set up kitchen, bathroom, aircon, parking etc. It also felt very secure. The location is very central and it’s a short walk to the beach. Axel was very communicative and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The little house in the jungle was really nice experience. We loved the location and the surroundings. Up in the mountain with the jungle arround you but really close to the beach and stores and restaurants. Loved sleeping with the sounds of the jungle. we where a little disappointed by the balcony, it's narrow and you feel a little imprisoned cause the plants totally surround it so you can't see anything when sitting out there. I would suggest cutting them lower to clear out the view a little. But all in all with loved the place.

El acceso en cualquier automóvil es súper sencillo, el lugar es mágico, hermoso, increíble, los apartamentos son hermosos, de tamaño perfecto con mirador hacia el mar o hacia el bosque, mi esposo y yo amamos cada espacio en este lugar. La pareja de señores que te atiende son absolutamente adorable, como de la familia. Ya solo quiero, deseo de todo corazón volver pronto. Dios me los proteja siempre y agradezco profundamente que a través de esta plataforma se puedan disfrutar lugares secretos tan bellos como este, a que dudo que exista otro igual al precio con lo que te lo ofrecen

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

You can never get enough of the view! Amazing place and surroundings. Totally recommend this place to stay. Friendly hosts! We loved our stay, we will definitely come back. It is very up on a hill so don’t expect to walk to town center Uvita, you will need a car (4x4 on rainy season). But the drive is totally worth it.

we loved it! The pool was cleaned during our stay and we got a mid week room cleaning as well. Everything we needed to cook meals was there, great AC, and wifi. It was gated which felt safe. Thanks again!

Mi experiencia en Uvita Oasis Retreat fue excepcional. El lugar está rodeado de naturaleza. De un lado, se pueden ver las montañas de la selva; del otro, se puede escuchar la melodía del océano. El apartamento del segundo piso con una gran vista era súper lindo y estaba en excelentes condiciones. Mi apartamento era muy espacioso y tenía muchas comodidades. La propiedad parece muy grande ya que podía ver la mayor parte desde mi balcón. Hay tres cabañas y una casa grande en la propiedad. Sin embargo, están distanciadas entre sí, lo que parece muy privado. Hay muchos lugares de estacionamiento, dos entradas principales, una hermosa piscina, un par de cuartos de lavado, un asador, una veranda, áreas de estar al aire libre y muchas terrazas. Las personas a cargo fueron súper atentas y amables. Nos recomendaron diferentes lugares para visitar y restaurantes. Todo estuvo perfecto. ¡Muchas gracias!

Our family enjoyed this large home to spread out in and relax towards the end of our trip. It may have been more space than our family of six needed, but I could see groups of adults or a couple families sharing the space together and still having privacy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the AC was cold. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances - laundry was great. Internet was solid. On a couple evenings we prepared a meal and watched Netflix, which was high def with no buffering. The home felt very secure - like other homes in the area it had a sturdy and secure high fence/wall, making it very private. An automated secure gate covered the driveway entrance. There was not a lot of traffic on the street out front - at least not enough for us to notice. Definitely walkable to stores and restaurants in Uvita. We would be happy to stay again.

simply Perfect. Pro - Private and peaceful location - best view - all amenities you can think of and more - comfortable beds and furniture - pristine pool cons none. This is one of the places I would go back without hesitation.

I got there in the evening and it was tricky finding it in the dark but Patricia's helper Shirley was very responsive and helped me find the place quickly. Patricia's home was very lovely and it's extremely walkable. There are plenty of great restaurants walking distance and the beach is like a 7 min walk at most. It was very peaceful and calm, making it a lovely place to unwind. Uvita itself is very beautiful with lost to see and it even has a nice waterfall/watering hole about a 10 minute drive away. It's slightly more on the rural side so there are insects and fire ants and such, but just keep the doors closed and you'll be fine. overall, I enjoyed my stay and found Uvita really beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely go back.

Excelente lugar bastante céntrico…además la casa bastante amplia , acogedora. Un lugar privado, la pasamos muy bien.

Lena’s Blue Shack was a wonderful home base for my family’s 3 weeks in Costa Rica. Would definitely recommend it and would consider staying again. Location is great, walkable to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Dominical. It’s On the Main Street with frequent foot and car traffic but still private and quiet behind the gate. Our kids loved the swimming pool! So many great day trip options available from the house - beaches, waterfalls, other coastal towns, wildlife preserves etc. Lena sent cleaners once a week which was a great perk and Steve was super nice and helpful. One small issue we had was that it was hard to get either shower to maintain a consistent temperature (fluctuates between too hot/cold) which was tough for our small kids. But having the outdoor shower was awesome! Thank you Lena!

Had an amazing time at this Airbnb! Perfect location, beautiful and clean space. The view from the pool was incredible. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Andrey was a great host and place manager. He addressed all my concerns, the place was beautiful, clean and peaceful, just what I needed after a lengthy period in Mexico City.

I wasn't aware that the kitchen is shared but it was great! The hosts are really responsive and supportive and didn't have any troubles.

So Everything was exactly as shown and everything was immaculate. The location is absolutely 100% perfect. You’re right there near the beach. You’re right there to walk into town. You’re right next-door to a bike shop where you can rent a bike for a day a week a month whatever you’re doing I can’t say enough about it. You’ve also got a great restaurant right next-door that offers a 10% discount just because you’re staying at Moana Village so fantastic experience. I hope to be back very soon. Thank you

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

In Marlenes Apartment fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Nicht nur der gemütliche Vorgarten sondern auch die Ausstattung des Apartment wissen zu überzeugen. Das absolute Highlight aber ist der Pool, der umgeben von wunderschönen Pflanzen liegt. Hier kann man richtig gut entspannen. Marlene war eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation war stets unkompliziert. Ich kann einen Besuch bei Marlene nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, bei der alles gepasst hat! Sie war wie beschrieben & sehr sauber. Gerne wieder!

Conveniently located between the main road and Bahia Ballena. Very walkable to nearby shops. The place was perfect for the two of us. We loved the pool and the beautiful plants and bird within the property.
