El lugar es espectacular, los atardeceres son increibles, me enamore de ese departamento. Sin duda alguna volveria en otro momento uno se siente como en casa.

Ficamos 12 dias no apartamento e a experiência foi incrível. Muito confortável e aconchegante. O local conta com uma cozinha muito bem equipada e vários utensílios para refeições e lanches. Produtos de limpeza também estavam disponíveis para uso. O secador de cabelo é ótimo. O secador de roupa também é muito eficiente. A tábua e ferro de passar em ótimo estado e funcionalidade. A televisão smart com vários streaming para acesso, só logar. O Wi-Fi proporcionava uma ótima conexão. Vários adaptadores de tomada disponíveis e a extensão facilitou muito a nossa logística. Fácil acesso para meios de locomoção, bares, restaurantes e mercados. A anfitriã estava disponível o tempo todo, sempre muito atenciosa e preocupada em saber como estávamos. Amei o lugar, voltaria com toda certeza e recomendo muito!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

El departamento es cómodo, amplio y muy agradable. La zona es segura y además, en el edificio hay porteros muy atentos que están las 24 hs. Cande, la anfitriona, es muy atenta. Nos recibió muy bien, nos explicó todo sobre el alojamiento y se aseguro durante la estadía que no nos faltará nada. Super recomendado y agradecidos con Cande por el recibimiento.

Gastón muy atento a todo. Respuesta rápida. El lugar precioso, muy cómodo…en un edificio estilo parisino. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y las camas 10/10 para un buen descanso después de recorrer la ciudad. El baño amplio y todo funcionando bien. Restaurant, teatro, café, supermercado, farmacia, locomoción y muchos de los principales atractivos cerca. Volveríamos de seguro.

My friends and I had a great time here! It was perfect for walking to different parts of Palermo and also close to several parks, etc. They were super responsive every time we had a question, and very friendly and accommodating of our early check-in request. Highly recommend! Great place to have as your headquarters while exploring the beautiful BA.

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.
