My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

The home is beautiful and spacious. We had 5 adults, 1 child and 2 small dogs and we had plenty of room. The home has tile throughout which was great, it kept the place cool and it was easy to clean. The pool was amazing, my grandson didn't want to get out at the end of the day. There is a nice playground a couple of blocks away, it is walkable, about 15 minutes. There is a Sam's Club, Walmart, Publix and Target all within a 7 minute drive. I can't wait to visit again, thank you Jennifer for sharing your home.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

Everything about the house is perfect!! Beautiful, spotless, high quality, quiet & safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area! And recommend it to anyone! Oleg is quick to respond to any questions.

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

Zu erst möchten wir uns für eine wirklich tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus bedanken! Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Dafür hat das Haus uns die Woche absolut gerettet. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bezüglichen der harten Matratzen, haben wir das Haus erst gemietet. Und was sollen wir sagen?! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Wir fliegen nach einer Woche absolut entspannt und mit einem tränenden Auge wieder nachhause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz Liebe Grüße und ein großes Dank an Fr Grosso für die wirklich sehr nette Betreuung.

Jose was a wonderful host, responded quickly and the house was beautiful, and clean. And the pool was warm, private and also clean. Just note that the “crib” is a pack and play not an actual crib. We were provided a bassinet on the second morning although our baby was too big for the bassinet.

Flawless experience staying at the Parsonage. Michelle was an incredible host. The House is nice and all full of cozy. Comfy beds. Hot showers. Everything you could need in the kitchen and the hot tub and pool are amazing. Location is perfect for getting about everywhere in Ft. Myers from the beach to the cape to the baseball facilities. 5 stars across the board.

First I would like to say thanks so much to William and Terri. What a beautiful home you have. My family and a great stay at your house I would have to say the pool was the big hit. The boys absolutely loved it. The area was beautiful the shopping in downtown Venice has tons of shops to go and check out. Manasota Key Beach was fun as well shark tooth exploring and shell hunting was great it's kind of a must do if your there. Can't say enough had a great stay beds were comfy. Thanks again William and Terri.

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

Paradise Retreat is absolutely wonderful. The beach theme decor throughout the home is so relaxing. Both Robert and Sandy were very responsive to the few questions we had about the property. There are a couple fast food places within walking distance (Culver’s and Wendy’s). Within a short drive or Uber ride are so many great restaurants to choose from. So many extras were included in the home that we weren’t expecting and the home is really well stocked. How thoughtful to have birthday balloons and flowers when we arrived! Thank you again Sandy for being so thoughtful and helpful during our stay. Finally, the heated pool is amazing!

Olga’s listing was a perfect home for workcation. Has an office room, looks exactly the same from the picture, very clean, and they’ve got everything you need if you plan to cook. I take sleepy seriously and curtain kept room nice and dark in the morning. Movable shower head and instapot were added bonus for us where we were able to cook rice. Pool was super clean despite hurricane hits hard in the area, too. There has been minor issues here and there due to Hurricane Milton but Olga was very attentive and always promptly helped to solve the issue. Highly recommend to rent it if you plan to be in the area.

We had a great experience at Casa Coral. The house looked like the pictures, was clean, and had lots of towels. After a storm there was some damage to the screen over the pool and it was fixed within a couple of days. We like the quiet neighborhood and would stay here again. The fenced yard was great for our schnauzer.

We had a wonderful stay and throughly enjoyed our time. The view and layout of the home are fabulous. Several items came up and Nikki was quick to respond and jump in.

This was our third stay in North Port/Port Charlotte area but our first at this particular property so we were quite familiar with the area. On arrival, check in was simple and quick; the property is exactly as described, was beautifully clean and is nicer than the pictures show. The locale seems very new and not yet fully developed, therefore not particularly busy or noisy. We were two couples so had plenty of space but this would also suit families. The listing is semi-detached (duplex) style and the adjoining unit was fully occupied during our stay and surprisingly, never heard the neighbours at all even though the first guests had young children! Very quiet and above our expectations. Communication with our host team was excellent, from initial questions about the listing, through booking and during our stay. Responses were always fast, timely and concise. We would definitely stay again in this property and loved the North Port area.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and all the amenities were great. We enjoyed coffee by the canal every morning and swam in the pool every day. Beautiful and peaceful. I recommend this place and would stay again. Host was very accommodating to our travel needs.

My family and I had a marvelous time at this home. Our host at RentalStar LLC is very kind and was helpful during our stay. The kitchen is so modern and divine! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are soft and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We had a blast and we will definitely return! Book this home for your next stay! You won't regret it.

What’s the last minute thing but was well worth it and and the progress of it me and my fiancé discovered that family was from the same place. It’s funny how you meet people and how things come together for you. Thank you for the hospitality and the upgrade very much appreciated

Brian’s Superhost status is 100% accurate- he was great! The house was clean, easy to navigate and Brian was super responsive and gracious. The pool area is divine and the screened in porch overlooking the backyard was a great place to curl up with a book. We were within minutes of groceries, restaurants and shopping but the street was not busy or noisy. Definitely plan to stay again!!

Fantastic stay! We has some issues with the house we rented last year so I was nervous about renting again. Delsy went way beyond normal to answer my many questions and concerns prior to renting with Her. She was very patient and gracious with us. Her house was spotless and bug free. All beds were comfortable. Highlight of this house is the back yard and many plants surrounding the house. There is a shaded area consisting of eating table, hot tub, and couches so you can get out of the sun and then the pool is in a sunny area all enclosed within a Lanai. Hot tub and pool were fantastic. Pool is about 12X24. Big enough to swim in yet small enough that the sun heated it up to a comfortable temp. Delsy is very nice . She bought us a new barbeque. House has some bonuses not mentioned in ad such as two beach chairs , and pool noodles. A wonderful experience and I would have no problem recommending this house to my friends. The house was perfect. The location was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurants and short ride to spring training baseball fields. I would most certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for having us and letting us stay at your house. Jimmy
