We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

We enjoyed our stay! Andrew is a wonderful host and would stay again. He is friendly and very responsive to any questions that we had. His place is in a very safe neighborhood and close to stores. Great place!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

Fantastically comfortable and convenient to everything. This is our fourth and last year down to Fort Myers, and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for. Host was was responsive and flexible. We particularly appreciated having items we could use for the beach and around town like chairs and a cooler.

I was completely satisfied with the accommodation. The accommodation was clean, new including the equipment. Kitchen fully equipped. I will be happy to return.

Our stay at the Starfish was AWESOME! Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings. The beach access to the beautiful private/quiet/not crowded beach just sealed the deal on our weekend getaway! The hammocks and cornhole on the property are such a great added touch also! We cant wait to book again soon! We loved it!!

Home was just as pictures showed. We love to cook our own meals and kitchen had everything we needed. There were even some spices, coffee filters and a few pantry items. Beds were comfortable. We are picky with our pillows so we did purchase new. The living room seating was a little odd and not sufficient for all in our party to comfortably sit if watching the TV but we spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor space was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lanai and outdoor dining area. There were pool toys and noodles for our use. The gas grill was an added bonus and we grilled frequently. The park across the street added to our fun and we walked our pup every morning. Saw plenty of Florida wildlife and chatted with many friendly folks. Overall a win for us and would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home. Bradley was very responsive to messages and he and Derek were in the area and frequently asked if we needed anything during our stay. We have never had such a positive experience with vacation owners as we had with the owners during this trip. The property was gorgeous, clean, and completely modern with updated appliances and wonderful views of the ocean water from the deck- we spent a lot of time hanging out there because it was so comfortable and clean. The amenities were great and the owners truly thought of everything from small touches of a welcome basket to toiletries, linens and towels- it was more than we expected. It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely rent from Casa Key LLC again!

My husband and I spent a week at Christopher's property celebrating our 50th Anniversary. when we arrived at the house, Christopher had decorated the it for our 50th anniversary. It was very thoughtful, sweet and unexpected. The house was very comfortable and homey and decorated very nicely. The backyard was our own little personal oasis which we enjoyed every morning with our cup of coffee. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. If we get to return to florida, we will no doubt be staying again at his residence. Thank you so much Christopher, You helped this old couple have a fantastic vacation and feel young again. 🙂

I can’t begin to express how happy I was! The house was spotless!!! I’ve stayed in places that were incredibly disappointing. They are wonderful hosts. I highly recommend staying there!

Maria was great! Always got back with us to answer our questions quickly. The pictures online was exactly what place looked like! And her place is located in the middle of everything there was to do, in each direction. We loved that and took advantage of it! We walked the neighborhood almost everyday. Maria lives in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the walks, looking at the houses and how they were landscaped. This was the first time that my wife and I stayed in an AIRBNB for a month. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The only thing that would have made it nicer was getting to enjoy the new couch that was supposed to have been delivered while we were there. I'm sure the next renters will get to enjoy it.

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

We were pleasantly surprised by Nicole’s apartment. It was extremely clean, lots of towels, linen, well appointed kitchen and everything else needed to make it like home. We didn’t need to buy or bring anything for the beach because we had beach chairs and an umbrella which were in really great shape. The apartment is within a short driving distance to beaches, stores, restaurants and shop. We had a great time and felt right at home. We highly recommend her place to anyone vacationing in the area.

We had such an amazing stay! The location is steps to the beach, steps to the pool and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Our condo was AMAZING! Everything was very modern and absolutely beautiful. There were so many thoughtful bonus touches that made our family feel right at home. I am SO glad we chose this gem of a spot for our trip!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

The location was awesome, great beach access across street and outdoor shower to rinse sand. Condo was spacious and clean. Linens smelled fresh and floors were so clean I could walk barefoot inside and my feet did not get dirty.
