This place is great! As soon as we entered, it felt like home. It is roomy, comfortable and spotless. There is abundant storage, including drawers, shelves and closets. Furniture, towels, dishes and cookware are good quality and little extras like labels, several plush scatter rugs on the floors and an odds & ends drawer show that David had his guests’ satisfaction in mind. This home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our extended stay at Villa Califa!

Our stay was perfect for our Spring Break stay in Las Cruces. This property had all we needed for our family, especially the heated pool. Anna’s communication and information was excellent.

Beautiful home. The Welcome Book was not only incredibly informative about our stay but also included PAGES of recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and shopping. We spend a lot of time in Las Cruces and can hopefully stay here again.

I have stayed at Judy's house several times and have never been disappointed. Her homes is clean, well supplied and has a great backyard. I will never stay at a hotel when passing through. Great for families with pets. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful views from the patio. Nice location, easy to get to, in good proximity to other area attractions. Close to grocery to stock up for your stay. Absolutely beautiful home, perfect for a family vacation.

I had a great time here. Felt like I was camping. I could play my guitar and not worry about bothering anyone. Definitely would've stayed longer if it was a bit cheaper.

Southwestern dream vacation-amazing views!

The photos do not do this place justice; this place is wonderful! The mountain views are gorgeous and the house is much bigger than it looks. You do have neighbors but it feels secluded. And we felt very safe. The house was spotless and smelled very good! (I’m guessing the laundry detergent or some sort of cleaner.) Also, thank you for having a blender!! I have a stomach chronic illness that makes me blend up a lot of my food in order to digest, so that was such a nice amenity to find in the kitchen!

Another nice visit to Las Cruces. Octavio and his wife do a great job managing this property. It is always clean and comfortable and a vey quiet location. Octavio's response time when communicating is generally less than 2 minutes and he is always helpful. This is our go to place when traveling to Las Cruces.

Modern 3 bedroom house

The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. We felt extremely safe, and it was close to everything. The house had everything we needed. The photos actually don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer than it looks in the listing. And Caz was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue that arose before our stay and he reached out proactively to let us know and discuss solutions, and it really didn’t even impact our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.
