This was a perfect stay, and I'd give more stars if I could, especially having been to over 30 AirBnbs. Even better than the pictures and description. Access to the yard and pool house felt like a fancy hotel, with the beautiful sky and mountains in the distance. Incredible value. Everything was comfortable, clean, and we had what we needed provided by the hosts. The snacks and all of the helpful instructions were so appreciated. Very convenient to the missile range, beautiful parks and national park areas, and local essentials were always nearby. We loved so many of the host's recommendations. We felt safe and like we had complete privacy. The property is beautiful. Thank you to Theodore and his wife. They were excellent communicators, and their dog brought us so much happiness. Already wishing we didn't have to leave, but we would go back in a heartbeat, and hope to soon.

What can I say about Casa Luna? That is not only beautiful, it had everything you needed for your visit. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. This was our second leg of our trip and I wish I would have had an extra day or two to enjoy the home and the area. The views are outstanding and the sunrise was beautiful from the patio. The pool was and added bonus. I will definitely choose Casa Luna as my go to place to stay while visiting friends in the Las Cruces.

Over all this was a peaceful and beautiful experience. The home was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful stay. The hosts were very kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. However, I was a bit disappointed with a few things. The home is listed as a 3-bedroom property, we were limited on bedrooms we actually had access to. Since I rented the entire house, I expected access to all the bedrooms(I did find this listed in the add.rules). Regardless if the entire home is rented the entire home should be accessible. Additionally, the listing mentions a hot tub and heated pool, but you have to pay extra for the hot tub to be hot and for the pool to be heated. The website states that all fees are included, so this felt a bit misleading. Again this was mentioned in the additional rules , however very misleading in title of the listing. Had I had access to all 3 bedrooms and the hot tub and pool been heated w/o additional fees, it would be 10/10 stay

This was a great stay for our Spring Break trip. Things were exactly as described and fit our family of 4 with room to spare. There was a great selection of indoor and outdoor toys and games! Our host was very kind and always responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Daniel’s house was beautiful inside and out! The location was peaceful and safe! If you’re booking in the summer this house offers a beautiful pool with outdoor entertainment, if booking during the colder seasons the double sided fireplace is a great touch for the cooler days. Daniel was very responsive and provided great communication with check in information and anything else we needed during our stay.

Our family of 6 loved our 8 day stay in this home. Heating the pool was well worth the additional fee!!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily/nightly. The home was very clean and close to town without feeling close to town; quiet and private. Highly recommend a stay here!

Veronica and Jorge's place is INCREDIBLE!!! So well decorated, comfortable and clean! They actually have comfortable and nice seating spaces and it was perfect for our family of 4 (+1 friend). We used it as our hub with my parents who were renting nearby as it had everything we needed and room to spread out. What an amazing house! WOULD 110% SUGGEST booking this GEM!

Wow! What a magical place to stay for Christmas. Lisa went out of her way to make it feel Christmasy for my son that was feeling homesick. House was better than described, everything you could possibly need or want was thought of. We loved our stay!! One thing not mentioned is there are 7 saucer sleds for sledding in White Sands National Park. We had a blast doing that, be sure to buy the wax at the gift shop to make the sleds fly. The hosts were extremely responsive to a small issue we had, sending a plumber over within minutes to save the day. We had lots of fun in the pool and liked scampering over to the hot tub after to warm up. This place was a hit for everyone in the family from grandparents, to us, to our son. Also, the kitchen was really nice and very well equipped. We were able to make a beautiful Christmas dinner easily. There are so many extra sweet touches in this place, you will have a blast discovering them all. Stop searching, just stay here!!!

Clean, comfortable home, nice for a family traveling with a small dog. Neighborhood felt safe. Easy to get in and out, and garage parking is available

We felt at home at Lori’s house! The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was a great location. We even found sleds to borrow to take to the sand dunes! We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Staying at Mario and Jorjean’s home felt more like visiting friends than booking an Airbnb. The space was impressively clean, thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, cooking essentials, and even zip-top storage bags. The furnishings were high-quality and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for the welcome snacks. The location was also super convenient—easy to get around and navigate the city. Mario and Jorjean were quick to respond to any questions, and their place truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

My sister, brothers and I were in Las Cruces to celebrate our Dad’s 97th Birthday. The house was a perfect place to gather and visit. So clean, neat and comfortable. Octavio is always quick to respond to any questions. Check and checkout in was so easy. We will be back! We were extremely pleased. Thank you, Octavio, for making our visit so nice.

The house is stunning and very well decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything a cook might want or need. He has nice furniture. Gorgeous decorations. The master bath is amazing. Love the backyard. The location is secluded but close to mesilla.

Great place to stay- Everything was in good working order. Monster TV!! Comfortable beds. didn't use the grill or outside but it was as described. would highly recommend!

We made a last minute reservation because my dad was moved to the hospice unit in Las cruces. This was a very sad time for us, but Polly's house gave us refuge. the house was ready and clean and sparkling for us. It provided a safe place for us to land. We are grateful.

We love staying at Kurt's Las Cruces home. He's so easy to communicate with and the house has everything we need for an extended stay. We particularly enjoy the view as well as the feeling of security and privacy.

We loved the home, Erika was also very quick to respond and very friendly. The home was near dripping springs and not too far from white sands! 10/10
