We had an amazing stay here for a week. It was comfortable for our workation. Wi-Fi was good and the location was close to all Good cafés and beaches . We had a great time here.

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

We had the most perfect stay at Grant’s apartment - truly nothing could have been better! Grant and Nigel are both incredibly lovely, excellent communicators and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. The apartment itself is extremely well located just a short 5-minute walk up to the beach, minutes away from great restaurants and grocery stores, and has a peaceful backyard balcony. The entire space is super clean, cozy and really well equipped - the kitchen had absolutely every tool you could need, which is a rare thing in rented accommodations these days. Most importantly for us, absolutely every detail from the choice in linens and furnishings, to the cleaning solutions, was carefully selected so as to have the least impact on the planet. We have never stayed in an accommodation that was so well thought out, so environmentally conscious and just felt so much like home. This is a very very special place that we will be sure to return to again and again.

Excellent Airbnb - everything you need, the staff servicing the Airbnb are very friendly and host was great too. Amenities are good (pool and gym) - the gym also not very busy which was ideal.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at this flat! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions, making it hassle-free. The flat was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also loved the little thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee and toiletries. The host(Shalini) was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to assist if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on my next visit!

The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

It was an amazing experience staying at this place. Very clean and thoughtfully done. The service too was good. The only challenge of riviera sublime is local taxi unions are bullish against taxis you would hire from any other part of Goa. We faced this issue. Self drive rented cars are no problem though.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. This wonderful villa is like an island of peace and comfort for me. The location is fantastic, quiet! Everything you need is close by. I loved this place since last year, then we stayed for 2 weeks and this feeling of home comfort brought me back here again. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. I had a great time! Angira was very attentive and friendly, she was always in touch, and answered my requests if necessary. I will definitely come back again! Thank you!

The property is lavish and spacious, featuring a lift and elegantly designed rooms, making it ideal for Airbnb. The top room (Presidential Suite) includes a bathtub. Check-in, breakfast, toiletries, and linen were all luxurious and well maintained. The private pool was decently sized, with a larger pool just outside the villa. Located in a gated community of holiday villas, it offers safety and excellent amenities. Along with private parking, power backup, wifi etc. The location is superb, with cafes, pubs, beaches, and Anjuna/Candolim just 10 minutes away. The caretaker is efficient, and the host is excellent. He also prepared home cooked meals at a reasonable charge. 10/10 recommend anyone looking for affordable luxury.

A value for money villa! Super clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The location is perfect (Vagator). So for party lovers like me, the villa was at the perfect place. The villa had all the amenities we were looking for.

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

Nice place to stay with big rooms in Panjim city

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

We recently stayed at Jen's beautiful Airbnb in Goa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The property itself is stunning – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The space had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable bedding. The location is ideal – close to the beach but tucked away enough to provide peace and tranquility.

I highly recommend this place. it's look exactly the way the pictures are shown. Salil was very helpful and proactive. His place is a lovely house and we made some great memories. I and my husband will surely visit again.
