Hosts were very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and kind. Exceptional communication skills. The place is very clean, easy to find, and peaceful. We had a very smooth check-in and check-out process. We especially love the free laundry service and Miss Huyen went above and beyond and even gave us a little souvenir with a letter of appreciation. Miss Huyen is very sweet and has excellent costumer service. We will definitely book this place again. Highly recommended! 😍

Looks like the photo. Quiet place with amenities needed for a longer stay. Bed is comfortable. It is not self check in but there was someone available. There are stairs entering the building so if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage just be mindful. The person who helped check me in assisted with my luggage. The place can feel dark as the only window faces a building. It is outside of the Old Quarter but you can walk to the Old Quarter in 20 min or catch a $2 car grab.

Thanh is a great host and has been very responsive and helpful during my stay. The apartment is conveniently located and comfortable even for an extended stay.

Van was incredibly helpful, even before we arrived. The clear instructions made locating the place and checking in a breeze. The home feels like a museum exhibit—each room has its own unique charm and features a spacious bed. Huge thanks to Van and Emma for making the check-in seamless and the stay so comfortable!

I can’t recommend Ánh’s airbnb more - for us it was a 10/10 experience! From the start, Ánh was a wonderful host, responding to all of our questions. Not only did Ánh respond to all our questions super quickly, she also gave us lots of additional information about the Ecopark with lots of great recommendations. She took lots of additional steps to make us feel welcome, including giving us a tour of the Ecopark and giving us loads of great ideas of what we could do! The apartment itself was lovely - we found it super relaxing and peaceful. It was very clean and has everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed being able to watch tv and also sitting out on the balcony! We also really enjoyed exploring the Ecopark which had so much to offer! Getting to Hanoi was also very easy with the bus which Ánh helped us with or by using Grab :) Very happy overall!! Thank you Ánh!!!!

Xuan’s place was beautiful and very spacious. It was close to the mall and it was accessible and easy to find. The hosts were so helpful and communicated clearly all through. They were so kind to help us ship some stuff that were left behind. Only thing to note is the pool and the gym are not free for guests so can plan around paying a daily fee. Otherwise we had the best stay!
