Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The Villa's in a compound with all the amenities I could hope for, and at a great price too. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped the place is, with smokers and utensils for a large party, and bikes to explore the compound's landscaping features. The neighborhood also isn't too populated as is, which makes it great for our attempt at escaping Saigon's chatters 😬. Definitely looking forward to making a return in the future! And thanks to the Host for being so responsive to our inquiries!

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

Great place dor a quick trip. Spacious room, clean bathroom, got all the amenities we needed. Our room is the entire Mezzanine floor, which comes with its pros and cons. We liked the pros thus far, no complaint.

Our whole family loves this apartment. It’s brand new and clean, with large supermarkets within walking distance. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s perfect for us since we just want to enjoy a quiet life here for a while. Tu has been very helpful every time; he’s great and can communicate in English. Staying here even makes me want to buy this apartment. We hope to stay here again next time!

We couldn't have loved District 9 anymore than we did; so clean & modern. The accommodation was incredible. The communication was spot-on ... thank you so much for a perfect stay. Anyone wishing to explore Ho Chi Min this is the perfect place. Use a Grab to get about; about £11 to get to District 1 for more of the authentic city life but we then loved coming back to 9 for the swimming pool, gym and access to the mall.

My time at Mo's place was truly the most rewarding Airbnb experience for me ever. For starters, the host is simply amazing from the communication, attention to detail, and the willingness to go above and beyond to assist in whatever you may need. She treats you like the family that you want to spend holidays with. The location was like living in the suburbs but close enough to the downtown area if thats your thing. Now about the living space...it truly had everything you would need to be comfortable for a short or long stay. The kitchen had all the little things needed to cook a meal or bake some brownies in the oven. The WIFI was very strong and fast...remote workers dream. The laundry room has a top loading washer and a clothes line that can handle a ton of clothes at once. I'm definitely looking forward to my return and Mo's place will be my #1 choice.

was perfect, Kim was responsive and helpful-stores nearby and very short walk to mega mall. The apartment has two ac one in bedroom and one in dining area. will definitely try to stay again.

Our family had a great time to stayed at Lisa's house. She super helpful host, clean apartment, the bed so comfy, the apartment has everything you need, you can make your own meal, Vincom mall close by just few mins walk. Our kids had so much fun during our stayed. Thank you for everythibg Lisa. Ofc we will def back when we back HCM.
