This home is lovely. The neighborhood is fantastic. The hosts are very kind and communicative. There is a nice view from the patio, comfortable couch, well stocked kitchen, well stocked apartment in general. Some things to be aware of: there is a lot of glass and breakable items everywhere so children or clumsy people may have a hard time, most of the decorations are bottles of alcohol so if you are sober this may be uncomfortable, there is not really a designated workspace - just a kitchen table and chairs which are not comfortable for long hours, the internet can be weak at times especially in the main bedroom, there were quite a few ants and some other bugs but spraying raid and cleaning a lot helped get rid of them for the most part. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

We couldn't have loved District 9 anymore than we did; so clean & modern. The accommodation was incredible. The communication was spot-on ... thank you so much for a perfect stay. Anyone wishing to explore Ho Chi Min this is the perfect place. Use a Grab to get about; about £11 to get to District 1 for more of the authentic city life but we then loved coming back to 9 for the swimming pool, gym and access to the mall.

Home rất đẹp y hình và cảm giác dễ chịu cho mình và partner. Bếp và phòng vs, ngủ đều sạch sẽ, Host hỗ trợ nhiệt tình lắm. Điểm trừ: Rèm cửa trong phòng ngủ che nắng ko được tốt, mình ngủ tới 7h là nắng lên chói vào phòng. Nhìn chung rất xứng đáng với giá tiền, trải nghiệm thư giãn rất tốt, trang thiết bị bên trong đều ổn. Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại.

1층부터 4층까지 에어컨 있어요 1층 거실 수영장놀기 좋아요 2층 부엌 식탁도 크고 좋아요 냉장고 2개있어서 구비품목 말고 따로 사온 물건을 넣을수 있어요 3층 방 좋아요 화장실 연결 4층 방2개에 화장실 1개 공용 침대도 다 커요 . 한쪽 방에 에어컨 안되서 그방릏 이용 못했지만 어차피 인원이 방 2개만 사용할수 있어서 상관없었어요 그리고 주변에 바로 시장있어서 과일 사기 좋아요. 로컬 푸드 식당많고 마트도 바로 옆에있어서 물이나 생필품 사기 좋아요

This is by far the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb. The hosts are super responsive and helpful! The property was so nice & packed with resources, my family & I had the time of our lives!

The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.
