空間乾靜~很舒適 房東親切~打掃服務也很好 房間很讚 設備都很乾淨也很新

今次農曆年過來宜蘭旅遊，謝謝莛晨的招待。房東很好^_^ 房間在羅東夜市上面，下午5點以後就很熱鬧，很有氣氛，有很多美食攤檔。拖著行李箱走進去，是有點不方便，但還是可以接受。啊，是要爬樓梯的。 泊車的話，過年非常繁忙，排停車場的車子真的很多，但慢慢的就可以排到啦。建議房東可以提提大家從哪裡開始排隊會比較好，因為有些路段會有管制，不准轉彎。 住在四樓，會聽到一點點夜市傳來的聲音，但不會很嘈。房東還有提供耳塞可以使用！ 值得向大家推薦～～

It was exactly what we were looking for, four bedrooms and four bathrooms! It is an adorable townhouse. You can easily park a large van in front of the place just be mindful of blocking others or not. Host does not live with us and she is very friendly and approachable. We recommend it.

性價比高居住也很舒服

My stay with Allan was arguably my best stay anywhere, ever. So many wonderful things to say about my time in Su'ao and having Allan as a host. First of all, Allan was very proactive in making sure that I was all set on the logistics front, going so far as to offer me a ride from the train station. Since I was in a rental I was good to go and on the day of my arrival Allan met me outside and helped me into his incredible home. As you step through the front door you enter his studio space, which I absolutely loved. For a guy throwing clay I have no idea how he keeps the space so clean and tidy, but it, like the rest of his home was immaculate. Allan showed me up to my room which was spacious and comfortable. In the morning I woke up to a healthy and nutritious breakfast with most of the ingredients sourced from his garden. And the coffee (that he roast himself!) was divine. The two of us had a great time chatting about life and art before I hit the road. Wish I could have stayed longer!

房型很特別！！房內有洗衣及烘乾機真的很讚～還很貼心提供洗衣精以及Dyson吹風機真的超加分，是個多功能跟現代化的房間 蓮蓬頭淋浴強度很高，投影機設施跟喇叭 小小缺點是廁所洗手槽有沒清掉的頭髮跟髒污

美好的環境，快速的回覆，用心預備的中式早餐

超級貼心的host 💖 跟朋友出去/有狗狗很適合來這邊住

So many “sun moments” during my week stay with Gina and Luis. They are a wonderful husband and wife team (with an entourage of 5 cats). The place, and my stay reflect the ease and generous nature in which they approach life. Both grew up in the area, along the north coast so for those who wish to get a deeper sense of the place and space need only ask. Thank you for taking us around during the typhoon Gina and Luis! The fresh pesto sauce was spot on. And the batch of plum wine you broke out was smooth and velvety. Simply lovely. Until next time.

The house was super clean upon arrival. There is an elevator within the house which is super convenient for families traveling with elders or just anyone who needs assistance going up and down floors. All the rooms are suites therefore no need to share bathrooms which is also very convenient. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, although there isn’t much to do within walking distance. Host was super responsive and friendly. Overall a great stay 👍🏽

Great oceanfront stay. Exactly as described. AC was a little slow to cool the place down, but otherwise very comfortable and perfect for a weekend of surfing

The space is really great value for money. It’s actually a really big spot. There are multiple levels, each with their own unique outdoor spaces. The space just outside the kitchen is particularly nice. Highly recommended.

老闆介紹很詳細，也很親切，房間裡有娃娃機跟彈珠台，超方便都不用去夜市玩，小孩從進房玩到退房，到離開房門那一剎那都還在玩，裡面什麼都有還有廚房可以使用，真心覺得是很讚的房型，很值得推薦。原本一開始在其他訂房網站找了很久沒找到適合的，還好最後在airbnb 找到這間，風景優美，且充滿文藝氣息，另外也讓小朋友可以一直玩，大人可以好好休息😁
