Recently we had stayed at Ajay's place for 2 nights. It was wonderful experience. Ajay was very helpful and a wonderful host. They have kept basic things in the kitchen for immediate use. Location of the house is also very good. House was well cleaned. Bathroom also has all the basic toiletries. We would love to come again in the future.

The stay was extremely good, it's nearby the robbers cave, ambience was extremely good... all over it's a perfect stay

This place is just what I wanted. It has everything I need, and the vibe is so calm and relaxing. I visit Dehradun to rest, and this place makes my stay even better. Everything I need, like groceries and vegetables, is close by. The biggest mall in Dehradun is only 600 meters away, which is very convenient. I felt very safe here, which is important to me. The host is very helpful and didn’t make the place too fancy. It feels like home and gives you the freedom to enjoy your time. I hope everyone who stays here follows the rules because places like this are hard to find. The Peacock Perch is a wonderful place, and I’m so happy I found it.

I visited the place with my little toddler , it was peaceful and secure The location is great near to dehradun Mussoorie everything that you'd love to do in Dehradun and around The place was clean and tidy the host was very responsive. theonly drawback was the view of the apartment was a little disturbed as there is some construction work going but you can still enjoy the mountain view. At the price I paid it was the best

It was a great stay with amazing location. It was easy to find the location and great places nearby. Pranav was always responsive as a host and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay and host. I would definitely recommend this property to stay. It was soo peaceful Zero disturbance. Parking space was sufficient. In a nutshell everything was available at the property that you need for your peaceful stay. Also host was very cooperative and he always make sure to make your experience great. This host and his family made us change our plans. We wanted to stay for 3 days but not only was the property amazing, the hospitality from the family was so great we wanted to extend. Our vacation was more than we expected thanks to Nipun and his family. Will definitely stay here again, totally worth spending the weekend here in peace without going anywhere else. Place was so beautiful and the terrace is awesome. Night view of massorie from terrace is so beautiful. Host was too nice and helpful. cleanness was good. overall we had our best experience with the stay.

Sadhna was a gracious host and the space was absolutely gorgeous. A very human experience. Everyone went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We will definitely be back :)

More than the place,it was the hospitality that stood out for me. Mahesh ji and family were very good hosts. The property is located in a nice,peaceful area with lot of surrounding greenery. I had a very good stay here.

She was very responsive since I have first started texting her. Coming to the property it’s best suitable for a couple who are looking for walking distance from Mall Road to Landour both. If it’s about food, then she can put best of restaurants to shame me it’s her thali and any curry. Sarika is blessed by Annapurna to make tasty food. Both Husband-wife will always be seen with smile on their faces making our day best and also helpful out of the way for our needs. If one really wants to enjoy a 100 years old property and experience a nostalgic stay, this place is definitely for you. 10/10.

Beautiful sunset, amazing food, and cozy (after renting heaters). Right next to a while bunch of fun & adorable recreational activities. Perfect for a family stay, 2 couples or even a small team retreat Staff was welcoming and kind.

The cleanliness and comfortable bedding were the highlights for me. The large community, complete with a golf course, basketball court, and walking/running tracks, made our stay even more memorable.
