My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Colleen's bed and breakfast on Washington Island for the weekend. She and her husband were incredibly gracious and attentive hosts-- and make a delicious breakfast! The property has a beautiful bay view in the rooms and on the patio area. The sound of waves on the beach makes sleeping easy. Just a minute or two from the ferry landing and local pizza. If we make it to the island for a visit again, we'd like to do it here. Thank you for having us!

This property was located in a very peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors. Michelle was so awesome with her instructions. As soon as you walk through the front door your felt at home. The house appeared like it was newly remodeled and very clean. Every detail was paid attention to. If it is something you would think of when it comes to a rental, it was covered. Michelle had great instructions for her guests. I would recommend this property 100 out of 100 times, even way more. Definitely will make a return trip.

James was very polite and professional. He was very quick to respond to my messages too.

Staying at Erin and John's home was an absolute retreat! From our first communications to the closing up process, they were incredibly gracious, responsive, and helpful hosts. They were kind enough to allow flexible check-in and check-out times, they responded quickly to any questions, and they offered wonderful advice for how to spend our weekend. The space itself was just gorgeous. It was cozy and full of many thoughtful details that went above and beyond expected amenities. The location is perfect. It's secluded enough to feel private, but it is just steps away from the waterfront and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend the Ephraim House to anyone looking for a quiet but luxurious trip to Door County. We hope to be back!

Elaine’s cottage on the waterfront is a true gem! This was our 3rd stay and we absolutely love the peace and quiet here in wintertime. The great room has floor to ceiling windows that frame the waterfront and the beautiful sunsets over Riley’s Bay. We enjoyed sitting by the big fireplace and reading, going into Sturgeon Bay for coffee, dinner or the bookstore or driving up the peninsula to explore both Door County’s State Parks, and towns. When we arrived, the refrigerator was generously stocked with a variety of breakfast treats. Everything was sparkling clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Elaine responded to messages quickly and we always felt at home. One of the best surprises of this place is that lying in bed, you can look out and see the stars through the tall pines and cedars. We left feeling rested, refreshed and looking forward to when we can return again.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Erin and John were extremely helpful and always responsive to our questions. Their house was gorgeous, had so many extras that were above and beyond, including a milkshake maker, milkshake, glasses, cocktail shaker, specialty cocktail, glasses, and even a cocktail recipe book. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to be helpful. I would stay in their house again anytime! Thank you so much for a lovely visit with our family.

This was a perfect, peaceful location for us to get away. It is close enough to multiple towns to find things to do and places to eat yet secluded enough to enjoy a walk in the country and unwind. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great for a hot summer day.

Dennis and his team are very hospitable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the White Lace Inn to others visiting Door County.

The Lavender Room was amazing! Loved the huge jacuzzi tub, private patio, good spacious room for 2. The breakfast was amazing and Robin is very personable and knowledgeable. 10/10

My wife and I took our honeymoon at the Chanticleer over Labor Day weekend. The place was so peaceful and 100% the perfect spot for our 3 day honeymoon. The trail onsite was very scenic and the landscape was perfect. The pictures do not do this spot justice. Cookies and breakfast delivered to your door made us feel so taken care of. We were so sad to leave but will hopefully be back one day. Hopefully the animals will be back by then as we were looking forward to seeing the sheep.

Much better than we had even anticipated. Our room was huge, comfortable and neatly decorated. Much bigger than the pictures actually looked. It was awesome having a hot tub and large porch in the suite. The courtyard and gazebo were great and the overall feel of the property was really cool. Additionally the location is prime, just a few minute walk to the downtown area and a few more minutes to the bridge and marina. Parking was right in front of the room although we didn’t even have to drive anywhere in town. We will definitely be coming back here for our stays in Door County.

This was our first trip to Door County and I highly recommend The White Lace Inn. Clean, comfortable and very friendly hosts.

This bed & breakfast was absolutely lovely; it was truly the highlight of our trip to Door County. The owner Robin was super sweet, and our room was very cute and quaint with a private bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and SO delicious! We were Robin’s only guests for the weekend, so she sat and chatted with us over breakfast every day. She served us multi-course meals that included yogurt parfaits, baked strawberry pancakes, bacon quiche, juice, coffee and tea. She even gave us freshly-baked muffins to take with us on picnics at the park. We also enjoyed her DVD collection and watched a movie in our room every night. We loved the food and the atmosphere and can’t recommend it enough!

The buildings were beautiful, the breakfast was good (especially the pistachio bread), and I loved having the windows open to the garden. We had such a peaceful stay & will absolutely be back again!
