This is the perfect place to stay in isla verde is really close to everything.the appt was clean and beautiful decorated. I love the building private entrance to the beach. The view was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for the host the communication was excellent

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location! Wandy also had some great suggestions on things to do around the area. Everything was secure and comfortable, and also just like the pictures. View was beautiful and relaxing. Wandy was also very accommodating on a late check-out since our flight was at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

My friends and I stayed here for a week over spring break. We loved the location—the building is quiet and feels extremely safe. Yayra was a great host, missing no details and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall, we thought it was in a perfect area for relaxation yet close enough to nightlife. The unit was comfortable, and it was excellent value for the money. We would stay here again!

Demi and Andrei’s place is wonderful! The location is perfect to get to any part of Old San Juan. It felt like our own little get away when we would be in the apartment. Was always very quiet and the A/C units worked great with the heat and high humidity of San Juan! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Old San Juan!

Gorgeous place. Friendly host. Could have definitely used a cleaning (fans, floor, bathroom, under the beds.) it was incredibly dusty and I have terrible allergies so it was very difficult to sleep BUT the location was worth it for us since we were there for a wedding at El Convento. We were steps away from the ceremony site! Everything was very walk able. Location was amazing. Not worth leaving a bad review for a little dust and a personal allergy problem. We would Come back if we ever visit PR again!

We spent a great time, it’s a fear price for the place. House has anything you need to be at home and to go to the beach also. This is the typical Caribbean area where you see people enjoying 24/7. Thanks for your hospitality.

Ernesto’s apartment was beautiful. Ocean and beach views are epic from his balcony. Absolutely the best location in Vega Baja. Ernesto was very thoughtful, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay at his Beach House again. I highly recommend staying here when you travel to Vega Baja.

It was a great stay! Eric was extremely communicative the week prior to arrival and during our stay. He was helpful, warm and very hospitable while sharing his home. His place matches very well with the description, if anything it was impressive on how much bigger it was from our initial expectations. It was a beautiful colonial apartment with a great Spanish and modern vibe, right in the heart of Old San Juan. It was great to experience the town while being close by. the apt don't have all the modern hotel amenities, but that made it more special. It was well worth it.

The Host was the best and nicest family you will ever meet. They knew all the great spots and the beach was incredible. What made the place even more great was the host and her family made us feel as we were family and treated us that way. My wife and I recommend this place 100% :)

We had an amazing stay in viejo San Juan! The loft is peaceful and serene, and it was a perfect place to relax after eating, drinking, and exploring. The pictures represent this place well, and we especially enjoyed sitting our on the terrace.

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

Clean, comfortable, and cozy home within a double-gated community. Within a few steps of a large pool and a couple hundred feet from the public beach. Definitely worth returning to in the future. Hector responded within minutes to all our questions.

This was definitely an excellent stay, the aparmentent is very comfortable and it has an excellent location. It was a great experience for us to stay in this place.

Luis’s place is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities listed. There was a nice welcome basket of goodies waiting for us, along with basics for cooking. We stayed there with our adult children and two grandchildren, aged 3 years old and four months. It was very child-safe in the house for the three-year-old, and a baby’s portable crib was set up when we arrived. Dorado doesn’t appear to have a town center of interest, but the pool and beach were sufficient for us with young children. We did take a couple of nearby excursions. The waves were significant at the beach, but the water was warm and clean. Luis was very responsive to all our questions.

The apartment was as-described and well-built. You can tell that the design and layout was carefully considered and the location is very convenient. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. The pool and outdoor area are very nicely laid out and kept clean as well.

I booked this property at the last minute, and I am so glad that I did. I was traveling with a group, and we the villa was perfect. The interior space was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation, and the amenities of the property gave us plenty of space to enjoy time together, outside. The villa is located close to the beach (5-10 minute walk) and close to restaurants, convenience stores, bars, the grocery store, etc. The area is safe, and peaceful, and there is a reception/admin onsite during the day on the weekdays. Dorado is about an hour from San Juan. We didn't have a rental car, but we made a few trips via Uber to explore San Juan and used private transportation to visit El Yunque. The rules and expectations of the property were reasonable and made our stay easy. I will definitely book this property again, for a visit to the area in the future. Thank you, Sammy!
