We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

This was a magnificent place to stay with my family. This place has it all: location, amenities, restaurants, bars, beach, etc, but the best part was Señor Juan, who was always accessible and extremely helpful with all our needs. We stayed in a beautiful place to vacation, but he made it our home away from home.

Beautiful property. Spectacular Views. Comfortable for our group of seven. Great restaurants within walking distance & many others a few miles away. There is a beach within walking distance, as well. Small shells & sea glass were scattered along the coastline. The water is not safe to swim, but there are some tide pools to enjoy. There are other beaches nearby, as well. We felt safe & enjoyed our time at this house; we would definitely stay here again .

My family and I stayed at Rob and Heather's place for 7 days and it was simply wonderful. The house was large enough to accommodate our large family of 9. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone's need and spacious enough in the common areas for all to gather. The location is ideal if you're looking for something close the SJU airport (about 35-minute drive). I would highly recommend their home to anyone with a large group and looking for a quiet/relaxing area/neighborhood.

I stayed there with my family. Felt super safe— it was inside a gated community. My mom loved that lol The pace was well equipped and it just had everything you need. TV in the patio where you can twist it and watch it from the pool. The pool is a good size people to swim and play around in. There was good food near by. A Walgreens up to street for necessities. Beach close by (although I didn’t actually go to that specific beach so I can’t speak on it) We rented a car and you park right in the driveway which was convenient. They had chairs for you to take to the beach. A cooler. Games to play. Great home overall. Host was also very responsive. Very happy and thank you for letting us stay here!

We had 2 families stay at the villa, it offered enough space for everyone to sleep and hang out. We loved the outdoor patio area, the green space was great for kids to play and conveniently located close to the pool and beach access. The villa is in a gated community and we felt very safe. We enjoyed the villa, the beautiful views, exploring the beach and surrounding beaches, and San Juan! Lilly was a wonderful host and was quick to respond if we needed anything. The garage has lots of chairs, coolers, and toys for the beach. Very convenient when you can’t bring it all with you!

Our stay at Capri House was absolutely wonderful! David is an exceptional host—so friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach whenever we had a question. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. From the clean and comfortable furnishings to the well-kept amenities, every detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend Capri House to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Maria’s place was great! It looks just like the photos, the pool was great, and the beach nearby was gorgeous. I appreciated that it was in a gated community and very central. The community was super quiet. There is a neat little bar walking distance from the nearby beach as well which we really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, my husband and I usually prefer king beds but the queen bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Maria was also very responsive and gave us tons of recommendations and answered our questions about things to do. Also, the A/C’s worked great! Overall, I would definitely recommend Maria’s place.

Iris our hostess was AMAZING!! Very sweet and so kind! There was a time we needed something and she went out of her way to bring that particular items to us! The place was very clean and all the amenities we needed were there. One thing I can truly say of Iris is that she was ALWAYS available for us no matter the time or day. The apartment was great for our family of three (2 adults and a 2 year-old). It was really nice to have the beach so close by. Our child loved the beach toys. Once you find the right gates, there are a bunch of restaurants in walking distance (Katrina, Lola's, and on the Embassy property ...). If you uber around, just account for some extra time for driver's to accept rides and to come close to the house. Kiara, thank you so much for having us and for being such a generous and kind host!

The house is in a great location and a lot to walk to pool, beach, Restaurants and bars. Gates are easy to get through. Maria is very responsive and she even went out of her way and made a cake and put balloons up for a birthday within our group before our arrival. The house was clean but just had a few things lacking but nothing too extreme. I will also just have to touch on this and this has nothing to do with the host but the misquotes were at its worst during this stay (March) bug spray, candles and keep the fans running at high to keep them out. But the house was worth everything, Maria was awesome and the house had a lot of amenities. I would most definitely stay here again.

Elizabeth was the perfect host! Accessible and available whenever you called or text. Her priority is for everyone to be happy, Home was absolutely accommodating from beach towels & chairs to a/c, great water pressure, even bottles of water in the fridge to greet you after a long flight! She checked all the boxes for me! I highly recommend!

We loved our stay. The balcony over looking the ocean with the hammock chairs was a favorite feature of our group. We also appreciated all of the thoughtful touches like snacks, stocked bathroom, tons of towels, and beach chairs for use. The place was super clean, communication was easy, and our group agreed it was better than the pictures! A car is a must for getting around, we would definitely return!

Our family of five (parents and three teenagers) loved Cindy’s place and had a great time! Can’t say enough about how good of a host Cindy and her husband Victor were. They met us at the place when we arrived in the evening and showed us around. They were hospitable, super friendly and nice. The place is in a great location, with a short walk to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and other activities, and a great place to use as a base for car trips to other activities. It is as described in the write-up. We would definitely come back! Thank you Cindy!

I had a great time at Carmen and Mario’s. It’s a peaceful place with a beautiful private patio and a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to a beautiful beach or a quick drive. The community is gated and safe and easy to navigate. There are a lot of great beaches in the area to explore like Cerro Gordo, Mar Chiquita, Las Palmas, Cueva de las Golondrinas, Playa La Esperanza, La Poza del Obispo and Crash Boat. The apartment is well equipped and the air conditioning is excellent. I ended up extending my trip to stay longer, and stayed for over two months. Carmen and Mario were very friendly and went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. I look forward to going back again.

Close to the beach. clean good location

This place was perfect for our family of 4! It is in a great location for exploring the entire island, as we did! The private beach is amazing, make sure you snorkel, we saw sea urchins, and all kinds of fish! Antonio was qui ck to respond to any of our questions and his place was an amazing place to stay on the island, it was our home away from home! The place was safe and the locals were all friendly! When we come back to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay here again!
