Nice 100yr old house. Everything was great with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Maggie & James’s quaint and cozy home. The area was quiet and like something out of a book with all the locals and marina and restaurant. Our teens enjoyed playing board games from their childhood even though there were games there for their age group. We were gifted a beautiful loaf of sourdough bread from our hosts. So very thoughtful! If you plan to stay there be sure to check the weather and high tide schedule due to coastal flooding. You’re between the sound and the marshes and low roads can get covered with water. If you’re arriving at night it can be difficult to see where the road ends and the marshy area begins. We enjoyed our stay and our teens want to return when we can have more time sitting out on the beach by the water which is just a few steps from their home.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. Great location too plus our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Adina had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The house is very nice inside and there’s plenty of space. We did not want to leave!!!

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Britta's home was perfect for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The home is spacious and in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were super comfortable and everything was so clean! we look forward to staying again in the future! thank you Britta!

We had 3 great night stay. Toby and Kim are super kind, they provided a lot of info. before we arrived, and responded very fast. The cattage is very nice, not very modern, but lovely, and the environment is quite and cozy.

if you need a place with privacy and respite with beautiful sunsets this is the place to go. we took our dogs and it was great for our dogs in that there was an outdoor deck that was fenced in as well as a yard area for the dogs to go to the bathroom in a little spot on the beach to take small walks. I also took my elderly mom and she appreciated the ramp as well as the low shower in the main floor bedroom. this place accommodates elderly, dogs, kids, people who want to do water activities, or people who just want to get away and rock in a rocking chair. there were a lot of games and activities in the house for probably ages 12 and up. host was absolutely fantastic as well

Amazing long weekend! We loved the artsy decor and cozy atmosphere. Very easy short walk to a gorgeous little beach. My 8 year old found a megalodon tooth! Great central location to Calvert cliffs and Flag pond. We came to fossil hunt! Will definitely plan to return! Thank you!

The area and view are beautiful and the home's decor is welcoming. The home was very comfortable for our family group and had a VERY well-stocked kitchen. The master bed was VERY comfortable as were the rest of the beds. My husband and I slept well. We all felt at home. MJ was very responsive when I had questions and communicated about the property in clear, concise language. The host provided many outdoor recreation opportunities, which included paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets. There was a nice sized pool but we were visiting out of season so we did not use it. The exercise room downstairs has a lot of equipment. We all enjoyed our time together. Our family is asking to come back again next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely fabulous experience! We stayed during a very low key time (Christmas+) but were able to find lots of fun things to do (shopping in St Michael’s [don’t miss The Blue Heron for the best caffeine], driving tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, etc.). We got incredible photos during sunrise/sunset, safely walked-ran on the neighborhood roads, enjoyed the fire pit, and thoroughly rested and relaxed. So grateful we chose Jon’s home for 5 days/4 nights of R&R ❤️

The Anchorage was perfect for racing at Ironman Maryland but would also be great for peaceful weekend getaway. Woody met us upon arrival for a tour of the property as well as providing great local dinner recommendations. The location was peaceful with great views out over the Choptank River and made for a idyllic morning breakfast setting (including Woody's world famous corn muffins!) You won't be disappointed staying here aside from the fact you will want to stay longer.

I'm super picky but this place was exceptional. The space was immaculate. Wonderful stay. Beautiful property. Bright, spacious apartment complete with a kitchen, dining table and even washer and dryer. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was yummy! Very kind hosts who accepted a last-minute booking. Enjoyed sitting around the fire pit watching a beautiful sunset over the Choptank River. Easy access to various small towns in the area. Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, unique and scrumptious hand-crafted breakfasts (locally sourced and in season) were spectacular! Pristine, comfortable, relaxing. Lots of activity options on site (kayaks, golf balls, painting, hammocks, croquet, bikes, swimming pool, huge private river front space). Woody and Michelle are lovely and do everything they can to make guests comfortable on site, and they recommend local spots to enjoy. Blue Ruin in Cambridge was a major highlight - we never would have found it if they hadn't suggested it. The Anchorage 1800 is the perfect place to bring friends & family and make it a group trip weekend!

Overall it was great stay. Laura was ready to accommodate my group of 22 ppl and had ample space. It was quiet and private place and we enjoyed the weather a lot. Clean place

We had such a wonderful time! Michael was an amazing host and provided great recommendations for what to do in the area. We ended up spending most of the time at the areas that he recommended looking for shark's teeth. We had so much fun as a family together and enjoyed the fresh air and being surrounded by nature. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again! We had such a great time, we didn't want to leave!

Came down for a duck hunting trip! The place was perfect! Very clean and cozy! Hope the owner was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions! If in the area again I will definitely book again!

Second time staying here and you can’t beat the location. If you love being on the water and are looking for a nice escape, this is your place. Colin is a great host too. Highly recommend to everyone !

What a magnificent home! Beautiful views of the Chesapeake and amazing sunsets! We came for rest and were restored by the views and comfortable home. Great kitchen with holiday decorations just for us! Dark sky area so many stars at night. The home has a telescope and several pairs of binoculars. The area eagle visited twice. A wonderful get away

We very much enjoyed our 2 nights at Peaceful Point. We were two families of 4 that came together from Philadelphia and Washington, DC to celebrate a birthday. The house was gorgeous, super clean, well stocked, and indeed Peaceful as the name implies. We enjoyed watching the sun set each night and making s'mores. The weather even cooperated for a little kayaking. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the games. The views here are amazing and the vibe is relaxing! When not at the house, we enjoyed an excursion to Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Historical Park and the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge (these are next to each other). Emily's Produce was a great place to pick up lunch. Highly recommend a stay at this house.

Marti's Airbnb is perfect in every way. From the start, Marti was very responsive & accommodating to my questions & requests. The Airbnb is very thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for an enjoyable getaway (to include new inflatable paddle boards and kayaks). The furnishings are all upscale from the beds & linens to the kitchen equipment & gadgets. One really does feel at home. The neighborhood is lined with beautifully maintained historical homes. Restaurants are within walking distance - Snapper Waterfront Cafe - 2 min walk & Blue Ruin – 9 min walk. Jet skis and motorboats are available 3 miles away behind the Hyatt at Blackwater Adventures. The Hyatt has a wonderful Spa which offers day passes to enjoy the pools and the Spa's serenity areas & steam & saunas. Don't miss a visit to St Michael's! When we returned from Marti's Airbnb, my husband asked, "when are we going back?" I said, "to where?" He said, "to Marti's." I laughed as we just got home & unpacked.

My husband and I stayed a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful view , amazing sunrise. Great restaurants near by. The home was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying at Teresa's cabin. Getting out of our city environment to visit the beautiful private beach within the neighborhood was the cherry on top. Our favorite room in the cabin was the sun porch. We ate a dozen steamed crabs from Captain Smith's Seafood (15 minutes away) in that room. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and private.
