What a great stay and very gracious host.

Everything was exactly as described. Home was well equipped with snacks and drinks. The only issue I had is that I understood how many people I had listed to stay at the property and from my history this is what I always stuck too. I felt a little unease when my sister came to bring me stuff to prepared I got a note about knowing how many people was supposed to stay at the house. This is when they first got there. It was only 6 people at the house at the time but I got a message saying to avoid an uncomfortable situation he just wanted to make sure we were on the same page with only 8 being the max registered. I only suggest you make those suggestions before your guest arrive and not when you see folks arriving on your door ring to bring me stuff. Now that was an uncomfortable situation to me. Other than that everything was extremely nice and well equipped.

My wife, our two dogs, and I had a wonderful stay. The house is large, clean, and had lots of nice touches. It is located in a nice neighborhood, convenient to everything, and has a fenced yard that is well-maintained and landscaped. The pool looked nice, but it was way too cold to swim. We'll definitely reserve this place again! The owner responded immediately to a few simple questions. Highly recommend!

This was the cleanest airbnb that my family has stayed in as of yet. Chelsea was extremely accommodating and communicated well. We will definitely stay again!

Ryan and Tanya were great at communicating with me with any questions that I asked, even if it was late. Their house was beautiful and roomy. I can’t be not mention the pool, enjoyed every bit of it. 😁 They provided an abundant of supplies for us to use -dish washer pods, laundry pods, towels, and etc. can’t forget the little welcome basket and wine. Thank you for sharing your home for the weekend, can’t wait to come back to Charleston again.

The house was perfect, very clean. The beds were all comfortable, the towels were of high quality. We have no complaints at all .

This home was perfect for my family. It was large enough that we were not suffocating each other and had a great family area for family time. We all love the open floor plan. The location is quiet and family friendly. It's just a few short minutes from shopping, and down town. This home was wonderful. The instructions for this home were clear and simple. He sends them in increments so that it is easy to review when needed. He communicates promptly and clearly.

The house was as they described. Plenty of space and very comfortable with a big back yard. Very cool. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. We had a 1 year old with us, so there was lots of space to crawl, he took his first steps there too. lol. We appreciated the use of a High chair and Pack and Play. I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

Luan’s place was as described!! Very comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. Spacious with many TVs for viewing. My family extended twice. lol

Great place! Spacious, uncluttered and very-well stocked kitchen- I was able to make biscuits, shrimp and grits, and smoothies with the utensils on-hand. Plenty of plates and glassware, etc. the hosts thoughtfully provided a few laundry pods for washing towels, etc. Cute games room with puzzles and family games. The hosts were very responsive before during and after. Highly recommend!

Easy check in, very responsive host, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and rebook when we are back in the area!

Wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and Allisons Dad was an absolute delight. This place is pet friendly with dog toys, beds, bowls and treats available!

There aren’t enough words that can describe how perfect our stay was. The home is fantastic and the view is priceless!! The house is stocked with everything you could think of needing and so many comfortable areas to just hang out and watch the river. I would describe our hosts as going ABOVE & BEYOND to make our stay perfect. Their communication is EXCELLENT and they are super fast to respond to any questions. They are so kind and caring - they knew what we were down there to celebrate and left a very special, handwritten note for our son. I can’t thank yall enough for making our stay super special. Hanging out at the fire pit created so many priceless memories. As soon as the opportunity presents itself, we WILL be back. You made us feel like we were family and for that, we are forever grateful.

I would recommend replacing the master bedroom bed it's sinking. not sure about the other beds I haven't slept on them

The host was amazing! Very responsive and the property had everything and more! The proximity to where we needed to be to family was perfect and we even fit in a beach day! Beds were oh so comfortable and worked well for all ages of our family. Sitting outside and gazing and the pond after long fun filled days at the pool, perfect! We cooked almost every night in and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home! Thank you so much, we appreciate y’all and will forever remember our trip there!

This is perhaps the BEST airbnb we have stayed at -- decorated beautifully, lots of extra thoughtful touches including St Patty's day decore & food in refrig. Great location to visit family in Summerville & within 30 min of Charleston. Lots of restaurants near by. She even had her own published cookbook & everything you would need if you wanted to try one out. If we come down to SC again & have our grandchildren with us they would love the game room.

Soua was very responsive and accommodating. There was a very minor issue that was resolved immediately despite not being a big deal! We will be returning next year when we are back in town!
