Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

Lovely stay, house had everything we could need and more. Couldn’t ask for better hosts, very accommodating and very quick to reply.

Magda is simply the best Air BNB host in the world. I have used Air BNB for years but she is the best. I had a couple of minor hiccups on this stay and she 1) helped out at 11pm on a Saturday night; and 2) let me in straight away after I had locked myself out (doh!). No better host out there. She should be running The Ritz !

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

We had a wonderful group stay at The Old Townhouse. Very clean and characterful and great amenities too, Paul had thought of everything we might need. The location is amazing, right in the heart of kemptown and close to the beach.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of Hackney, surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and bars. Both London Fields and Broadway Market are just a short walk away, ideal for enjoying a picnic in the park or exploring the weekend market on sunny days. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a cozy, modern touch. One of its standout features are the two balconies, offering lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the evening. The living area is a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing The host was always quick to answer and very helpful.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The views are amazing. Waking up and having coffee on that balcony in the sun was the best part. Lots of amenities within walking distance. Perfect hosts, who are on hand with help and respond very quickly to any questions. The house clean and tidy and had enough space for 8 people for a comfortable stay. I would definitely return to this property.

My second time staying here. Lots of space, great backyard, comfortable bed, nice interior design. Pretty easy to get into the city.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely basement apartment near Hyde park and close to a very good restaurant street. Slight metro sounds but that didn’t bother us as they don’t run during night time. Good communication from the host.

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

great lottle (big!) space for a weekend break. we were visiting our son in Brighton and tried Hove to be a bit further away from the crazy. Free allocated parking nearby meant we could leave the car and forget about it. The house is near to bus stops but we used Uber to get around. apartment was clean and tidy with comfy beds and good quality linen. thanks for a lovely stay!

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

Loverly, clean and bright apartment with fantastic view overlooking the beach. We could have spent hours on the balcony just watching the world go by. Location is within easy walking distance of centre and local amenities are just around the corner. Finn was an excellent host and even provided breakfast goodies to kick start our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

We had an amazing stay at Remi's place! The apartment was exactly as described - cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurant and the supermarket. Remi was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with all my enquiries. The check-in process was seamless, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved how compact everything was! I would highly recommend. Thank you, Remi, for making it hitch-free! We will definitely be back when we’re in London again!

You can't help but feel relaxed in this beautiful apartment - it is just as shown in the photos, if not better. The balcony, with its panoramic view of the sea, is a fab place to sit and watch the world go by. If you are catering for yourself, the kitchen is well-equipped; if you want to eat out, there are numerous restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes. The station and all of Brighton's attractions are within a 15-minute walk but the apartment is located at the quieter end of the promenade, so getting sleep is no problem. I came home feeling like I'd spent a long weekend in the Med!

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Henri, très agréable à vivre. On se sent comme chez soi dans cet espace aux beaux volumes, lumineux et joliment décoré. La proximité des transports, avec deux lignes de métro et plusieurs bus, est un vrai atout. Hyde Park est également tout proche, et il y a de nombreuses options de restauration à proximité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Lana was a fantastic host! We booked her place the morning of due to our flight being cancelled. She met us at the flat hours before checkin and helped me to finish booking as we were having problems with the Airbnb app. She stored our luggage and texted us once the flat had been cleaned. This Airbnb was in a GREAT location - walking distance to the tube, stores and restaurants and also very peaceful/quiet at night. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our last 2 nights in London.
