Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Our stay was idyllic! the house is perfect, modern and homely feel. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. The views are stunning. The house is right on the beach so a great location. Local amenities was great, 2 minute walk to the local convenience and restaurants. We will definately rebook, thats a 1st for us, definately recommend this stay.

1er séjour d’une semaine en famille à Londres. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Londres à pieds, en bus, en métro. Proche de Tower Bridge et London Bridge. Il y a plein de restaurants et 1 marché où manger accessibles à moins de 5min à pieds autour de l’appartement. Il y a également des cafés, boulangeries et un petit supermarché. Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ sont très claires et l’hôte est disponible pour vous aider en cas de problème. Pour finir l’appartement est très bien équipé. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors de notre prochaine visite à Londres ! Merci !

We’ve had a super, sunny stay at Ice Cream Cottage. It’s a charming, welcoming space, with everything we needed for a weekend by the sea. Lots of thought has gone into making guests staying at the cottage feel comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Seaford and enjoy how close the cottage is to the sea. Laura was so helpful with local recommendations, and quick to respond. We hope to be back soon!

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.

I loved this spot. If I come to Brighton again I would love to stay at Meghan’s. Accurate listing, very walkable, and very clean. She went above and beyond with champagne waiting for us. Hate to rate this one as it is a hidden gem, but she deserves it.
